"Pros: - położony w bardzo centralnym obszarze miasta; - Przytulny, ładny obszar śniadaniowy z różnorodnym wyborem; - Czysty? - Przyjazny i przyjazny personel. Wnioski: - To był wysoki sezon, ale cena była zbyt wysoka dla pokoju dzielonego przez 4 osoby; - Za dużo chloru w jacuzzi; - Bardzo wąski i stary winda; - Pokój dla 4 z ładowarkami tylko przy podwójnym łóżku, a nie łóżko bunkowe. Bunk beds są dosłownie hostel wygląda. Przestrzeń jest bardzo mała dla 4 osób, aby być w i przemieszczać się. Ja i moi przyjaciele wybraliśmy tę strukturę, ponieważ chcieliśmy spędzić 15 sierpnia w Cervii, co uzasadnia wysokie ceny, ale nadal mieliśmy wyższe oczekiwania."

"I stayed in June 23 at WuHostel with my companion for a mini-fuge in Cervia last summer and it was not the first time we stayed there, we stopped other times to make some evenings in Milan Maritima or to bring our own they have been in the sea in Cervia for a few days and show her grandparents who live there. We have always been good, from rooms to service, to reception, to staff always available. Excellent solution for those who are looking for a place to stay in the center of Cervey almost because near all services and the evening trip. Hotel Marbella

"Overall: I recommend steering clear of this hotel. Positives: the room and bathroom were very clean. The housekeeping staff is doing an amazing job. Negatives: I will focus only on the ones that really stayed with me. “Forbidden” signs everywhere. E.g., do not eat in your rooms, do not fill water bottles here, do not use elevator unless you live on high floors, do not use restroom in the lobby, etc etc. I get it, rules are important. But there is a way and time to impose them. For example a kind ask from the receptionist while checking in - same message, but a very different perception from the guest. Breakfast was an extraordinary experience (in a bad way). We could not help but laugh when we got down to the breakfast room. The reception lady is standing there, with the pastries and hands out the sweet breakfast (no savory options) to you. Which obviously makes you feel that you are watched and your portions are rationed. I think they “try” to pretend it’s because of Covid, because there is a huge glass separating you from the food and the lady handing it out. But then there is also a small table where you can grab bread and butter yourself - no Covid risk on that table I guess. There is also a fridge behind the lady with yogurts - which we got. And upon checkout, instead of a simple “was everything okay with your stay?” question, we got “Jogurt - 2 euros”. That was it. At that point we just started laughing, handed the 2 euros and left being 100% sure we will never be back. It’s a good location, it’s an okay building, but the people running it lack even the slightest idea of how to make their guests feel good and welcome. They go out of their way to make it feel like a camp for children where everyone must be watched and controlled and rules must be displayed everywhere. Making a point that they believe their guests are not able to “behave” without it. Ridiculous :)."

"Poświęcamy odpowiedni czas, aby zaakceptować przyjemne powitanie, które zostało otrzymywane tej strukturze od pierwszego razu. Muszę powiedzieć, że nigdy nie byliśmy w tym hotelu i, choć nie wiedzieli, natychmiast sprawiły, że czuliśmy się mile widziani i koktajle. Od recepcji, na śniadanie, do nocnego portera .... wszystko jest badane, aby czuć się nie tylko jako klient, ale jako gości rodzinny. Dobrej jakości, dopracowania i wyboru śniadania potrzebna jest super docena, która obejmuje ciasteczka pasty wykonane bezpośrednio w Hotel .... zbyt dobre, aby ograniczyć do smaku. Jak długo mówiliśmy, że będziemy szczęśliwi, gdy wrócimy do ..... czujemy, że możemy polecić Hotel Apl cieszyć się Cervia w naprawdę smacznym kontekście."

Hotel Stella Del Mare

"Zarezerwowałem pokój na dwie noce i łazienka była brudna, łącznie z papierem toaletowym (mam też zdjęcia, ale nie wiem, gdzie je zamieścić). Suszarka do włosów nie ma gniazdka, więc nie mogłem wysuszyć włosów, mimo że było to uwzględnione w opisie hotelu. Rano jeden z pracowników wszedł bez pukania, kiedy spaliśmy. Rozmawiałem z personelem hotelu, ale nie podali mi żadnego rozwiązania tego problemu. Obiecałem, że wystawię pozytywną recenzję, a oni odpowiedzieli: „Proszę bardzo”, więc również uważam obsługę za okropną!"
