"A lovely beachside location with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. A beautifully maintained hotel. Excellent service from hotel staff, especially when engaging with the front desk. Professional, friendly and very accommodating to our various needs – my service expectations were exceeded. It was a pleasure when engaging with any of the hotel staff. Morning breakfast was a self-service buffet with an abundant variety of selection to satisfy any palate or health need. Tables were available both inside and outside in a lovely shaded terrace area. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the beachside town of Cervia. Directly across from the Martini beach concession offering discounted beach lounge chairs and sun umbrellas in corroboration with the hotel. We were lucky with the weather. Every day was sunny with temperatures in the high 20’s, low 30’s in the final days of August and early days of September 2026. Definitely 5 stars for both the hotel accommodation and service. A special thanks to Max at the front desk who went beyond the call of duty to accomodate us when we checked in with unconfirmed reservations (our mistake)."

The overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a real sense of care and attention to detail. "It was a very pleasant surprise! Saying that we were good is reducing, very good food and impecable cleaning! typical Romana hospitality, you feel at home immediately. Top animation with two super educated and professional girls. We were so good that we decided to extend the stay. The children cried in a swallow the evening before they left, so I would say feedback more than positive. We're not looking forward to returning, it was a beautiful holiday!"

"Overall: I recommend steering clear of this hotel. Positives: the room and bathroom were very clean. The housekeeping staff is doing an amazing job. Negatives: I will focus only on the ones that really stayed with me. “Forbidden” signs everywhere. E.g., do not eat in your rooms, do not fill water bottles here, do not use elevator unless you live on high floors, do not use restroom in the lobby, etc etc. I get it, rules are important. But there is a way and time to impose them. For example a kind ask from the receptionist while checking in - same message, but a very different perception from the guest. Breakfast was an extraordinary experience (in a bad way). We could not help but laugh when we got down to the breakfast room. The reception lady is standing there, with the pastries and hands out the sweet breakfast (no savory options) to you. Which obviously makes you feel that you are watched and your portions are rationed. I think they “try” to pretend it’s because of Covid, because there is a huge glass separating you from the food and the lady handing it out. But then there is also a small table where you can grab bread and butter yourself - no Covid risk on that table I guess. There is also a fridge behind the lady with yogurts - which we got. And upon checkout, instead of a simple “was everything okay with your stay?” question, we got “Jogurt - 2 euros”. That was it. At that point we just started laughing, handed the 2 euros and left being 100% sure we will never be back. It’s a good location, it’s an okay building, but the people running it lack even the slightest idea of how to make their guests feel good and welcome. They go out of their way to make it feel like a camp for children where everyone must be watched and controlled and rules must be displayed everywhere. Making a point that they believe their guests are not able to “behave” without it. Ridiculous :)."

"I am writing to report the behavior of the owners of the Hotel Kiss in Cervia, where a mother and daughter, the owners, made our vacation a "hell." Yes, because on the morning of August 14, my wife asked to use the air conditioning during breakfast. Both owners of the accommodation refused to turn on the air conditioning (I remember that temperatures those days reached 40 degrees), declaring that the ventilation in the room with the "Scirocco" wind from the sea was sufficient. I should also add that the owners stated that "the hotel was not suitable for us and that we could leave the facility." Given the high temperatures, we were very uncomfortable and left the hotel after paying a penalty and the confirmation deposit. This was necessary to protect the rights of people who go on vacation to enjoy moments of mental and physical relaxation."

"Przepraszam, ale nie wróciłbym! Przy wejściu wygląda ładnie, ale po wejściu okazuje się, że budynek jest przestarzały i wymaga gruntownego remontu! Małe pokoje, kiepska łazienka: trzygwiazdkowy hotel z prysznicem bez brodzika jest niedopuszczalny. Myjesz się praktycznie sam i... wszystkie urządzenia. W oknach nie ma zasłon; żeby się przebrać, musieliśmy opuszczać rolety i włączać światło nawet w ciągu dnia – to po prostu niemożliwe. Telewizor ma cztery kanały; zgłaszaliśmy to kilka razy, ale problem nigdy nie został rozwiązany. Jedynym plusem są posiłki, które choć nie wszystkie są bez zarzutu, są przynajmniej zróżnicowane i przyzwoite, a także strategiczna lokalizacja: wystarczy przejść się przez las sosnowy i jesteś na plaży. Powinniście się zmodernizować, mamy rok 2026!"
