前台穿黑色衣服的女工作人員態度極其惡劣，平台己付完錢莫名其妙又被要求我們再付共8900多里拉。

ハネムーンでトルコを訪れ、こちらのホテルで3泊滞在しました。 ヒオス島やエーゲ海を眺めながら 青い海で存分に泳げますし、 プール、ジム、サウナなど施設が充実してるので一日中遊べるファミリー向けのホテルです☺️ 朝食も美味しいビュッフェでした！ プールで鼻を怪我してしまいしたが、駐在のナースの方が診てくださり、助けてくれました。 ハネムーンと伝えたところ、お部屋のデコレーションとビーチ前の屋外ルームを用意してくださり粋なサプライズでした🤍 一生の思い出です。 英語が通じないことも多かったですが どのスタッフも親切で気さくな方でした。 Thank you for your kind. I would stay at the hotel again.

Check in sırasında bizi hiçbir seçenek sunmadan yandaki kucuk otele transfer ettiler. Meğer sezon sonunda kapattıkları otelin odalarını satmışlar, hala da satıyorlar. Sessiz oda diye belirtmemize ragmen bahçede gece düğün varmış, bile bile bizi gönderdiler. Gurultuden odada ya da bahçede oturmak ya da uyumak imkansızdi. Kahvaltı bir otelde aksam yemeği obur otelde habire yer değiştirdi, menu cok vasat pansiyon ayarındaydı. Uykusuzluktan ve sürüklenmekten perisan olduk. Otel binası fena degil ama yonetim bir felaket, ucuz menu, musteriye upgrade yalanıyla baska otele tasimalar filan hep yonetimin kararı diye bize iletildi.Personel yardimci olmaya calisiyor ama musteriden cok yonetimden çekindikleri dikkatimizi cekti, ellerinden birsey gelmiyor.

We stayed in King Suite room with my wife in June 2023. The suite room was very specious with two bathrooms, large bed room and living room and also have large balcony with superb Chios - Greek Island view. The room was super clean and all the equipments were up to date. The room comfort was great with all the amenities you need in a room. There are two pools. The hotel has private beach and the sea is lovely with blue flag. The open buffet breakfast and dinner were great with variety of local foods. Service quality was great with polite and helpful staff. it is obvious that this is a well-managed hotel. For sure value for money hotel. I highly recommed this hotel.

My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!
