"Pokój jest bardzo mały, nawet mniejszy niż deklarowane 16 mkw. Wszystko jest bardzo stare – meble, armatura. Klimatyzacja nie działała prawidłowo, a przycisk spłuczki w toalecie się zacinał. Śniadanie było dobre, ale jajecznica z jednego jajka to wada. Lokalizacja obok meczetu, nocne modlitwy to również minus dla prawosławnych. Jeśli zamierzasz mieszkać w pokoju ekonomicznym, nie polecam tego hotelu, nie jest wart swojej ceny. Ponadto, na parterze przy wejściu do pokoju są kałuże, uważaj, można się przewrócić. "Overall it's pretty good, not far from the town, but it's recommended to drive there by car. Although it's not far from the town, there are uphill and downhill slopes. The disadvantage is that there are no places to eat around, so you have to walk for a while. There is a beautiful swimming pool downstairs, but we got up early, so I don’t know if it was not cleaned, and the chairs by the pool were a bit dirty. Breakfast was very rich."

"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It offers luxurious amenities, impeccable and warm service, and elegantly decorated rooms with a blend of historic charm and modern facilities. We were here to celebrate my 60th birthday with other family members and KestelInn delivered an amazing event, leaving us with many wonderful memories. We were able to have a farm to table dining experience at their private olive farm for my birthday dinner. The food was superb and everything about the special evening exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart. All the staff, particularly Burcu and Omer went over and beyond to help make our stay and my birthday enjoyable. Breakfast was a feast, with a number of delicious options to choose from and we loved eating this in the serene garden courtyard. Alacati is a wonderful destination and we also recommend the nearby Fava restaurant. The hotel has a very secure and safe environment. Thank you so much for making our trip and my birthday memorable. We loved KestelInn and can't wait to stay here again one day! Highly recommend this hotel!!"

Hotel jest czysty. 5. Widok i projekt wnętrza hotelu są bardzo piękne i atrakcyjne. Punkty ujemne: 1. Rozważ zwiększenie odmiany bufetu śniadaniowego i oferty kawy. Wybór śniadania, zwłaszcza gorące menu, jest ograniczony. 2. Ponieważ lotnisko jest dość daleko od hotelu (1.5 godzin), nie ma usług transferowych, lub koszt jest dość wysoki. Podpowiadam dotację części kosztów transferu dla Twoich gości. 3. Nie ma ogrzewanego basenu. Byłoby świetnie mieć ciepłą wodę w basenie w chłodniejszych sezonach. 4. Strefa siedzenia na zewnątrz przy basenie jest nieużywalna w chłodniejszych miesiącach. Zalecam dodanie urządzeń grzewczych w pobliżu stołów i krzesła przy basenie. 5. W łazience i w toalecie nie są dostępne specjalne ślimaki. Dostępne ślimaki pianki nie są odpowiednie dla mokrej przestrzeni i się utopić. 6. Nie ma powitalnych drinków lub czegoś podobnego. Zalecam oferowanie gościom powitalnych drinków. W każdym razie wybiorę go ponownie."

"We stayed for a week - after a week of sightseeing in Istanbul and Capadoccia. It was a great contrast and a great rest. A beautiful small boutique hotel of just 15 rooms. We had a double and a triple - both rooms were very nice and spacious. The breakfasts are just excellent, so much fresh food and eggs and fresh pastries. If you’re in the hotel by the pool, they do wonderful fresh pizzas and salads, all delicious. Service is just exceptional - Niyasi the mgr is just so professional and helpful as well as being a really nice person, and Nihat who works with him is excellent. They work really hard and provide outstanding service including a great help with restaurant recommendations and bookings. It clearly deserves a 5 - a wonderful stay. There are one or 2 areas where the owners need to update a few things that are getting a little old - our shower was a little old and dated, the window shutters are not all working, sunloungers very old and they need to fit in a few more around the pool as there are not many when its busy. Nothing major but needs some investment to keep it up to standard. However overall a wonderful stay and really excellent location for Alacati old town."

"Beyond the AC issue, the hotel faced numerous problems, including rough & unpleasant bed sheets, pervasive hair in various areas (on my bed, on the floor in our room, on the pool lounge area & a random clump attached itself to my sons crocs), & disheveled and half-asleep staff, w/ the exception of one receptionist. Furthermore, the hotel proved to be unsuitable for children, featuring a small pool & pool area designed primarily for adults. The only positive aspect of the ABC Hotel is its central location in town. I do no recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay there again. It is run as unprofessionally as it is dishonestly."

"We had a 6 days at this beautiful design hotel It had 2 swimming pools with magnificent sunset views of Chios island. It has excellent service and very tasty sea food As long with good cocktails. They had a spa with sauna and wet sauna and massage which we had tried twice while we stayed there Also Fun beach club was free for hotel guests we visited there 3 times amazing beach and turquoise waters of the Aegean sea. We will definitely come back."

"Pobyliśmy w Palas Alaçati Hotel w Alaçati wybraliśmy na ślub. Poznaliśmy uśmiech, jak tylko weszliśmy do drzwi. Byłem jednym z najpiękniejszych hoteli sklepowych, jakie kiedykolwiek byłem. Nasz pokój był pokój jacuzzi. W każdym rogu było mało dotyków. Było miło usiąść w ogrodzie. Pokoje były czyste. Nasz pokój miał ogród basenu. Ale nie wchodziliśmy do basenu, bo było zbyt zimno. Nasze śniadanie było przygotowane z posiłkiem codziennie rano. Przynieśli je natychmiast, gdy chcieliśmy kawy i herbaty. Podobało nam się konta Netflix jako miłośnicy filmu, aby być automatycznie otwarte. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Polecamy każdemu, kto chce pobyt w Alaçatı i szukać hotelu w sklepie. Jak wiem, dobrze jest parom słuchać ich umysłu, że mają kryterium dla dzieci."
