Given it's in the mountains, you may encounter small insects such as spiders and flies. While we regularly clean and implement pest control measures, occasional sightings are possible, especially during the peak spider season from October to November.➢ Just letting you know that there is paint on the dryer due to paint stain that couldn't be wiped off but it wasn't a dirt.➢ Please don’t touch the ADT security control panel.➢ The cabin is located at a rough road. The mountain roads are dark and challenging to drive on. Luckily we are at the base of the mountains, it is more convenient than the cabins way up to the mountains.➢ There is a dollar opposite the cabin. General Shopping is very convenient➢ Cable is available however streaming accounts isn't available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.➢ Driveway can park up to 3 vehicles. You are greeted with the great mountain view upon opening the door into the open concept kitchen and dining room. Proceed into the open living room with tons of seating and a smart TV. Down the hall you will find the bunk room, a full bathroom, and the master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom.This level provides access to the fully covered upper deck with a cushioned 6-seat sectional, 2 rocking chairs, an outdoor dining table, and outdoor folding chairs.LOWER LEVELAccess the lower level via the spiral staircase or the exterior stairs along the side of the house. You'll enter the large game room with soaring ceilings featuring a pool table, foosball, darts, and a cabinet stocked with toys, games, and books. The queen bedroom and full bathroom with laundry are also on this level.This level provides access to the patio with the hot tub, 2 rocking chairs, a bistro dining set, and a tall table by the hot tub.GUEST ACCESSGuests have full access to the house and property with the exception of an indoor owner's closet on the lower level and a small outdoor shed.THE DRIVEExpect hills and curves on the road approaching the cabin. The road is paved until the final 30 yards to the driveway. The driveway is fairly steep — the first portion is paved concrete and the remainder is packed gravel. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is not necessary, though we encourage it (along with snow chains) in winter months.OTHER THINGS TO NOTETwo outdoor security cameras are located at the entry doors for guest and owner protection. They record when motion is detected and face away from the cabin and hot tub area. There are no cameras or audio devices inside the cabin.Pets are welcome with limitations.
