Actually, Changchun Film Group has produced quite a few popular TV dramas in recent years, such as *Punishment* and *Snow Maze*. Breakfast is not included in the hotel stay, but it's complimentary upon registration at the front desk. It's vegetarian and the meal is quite good."

"Service provided by the staff at the hotel was beyond my expectations, especially Kayn, who could respond to my requests constantly in time. As a brand new hotel, facilities are quite modernized. However, due to the lack of ventilation windows, the odor probably caused by the decoration last year was too strong to be accepted. Open for almost one year, an urgent advice is now given to the management team that air purification inside the whole hotel should be put on the top agenda."

"The New Century Grand Hotel is located across from the No. 54 tram, and the terminal is just a short walk to the mountain. It's a 5-star hotel with an excellent location, cleanliness, and service. 👍 I was traveling with my child, and the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe suite on the 11th floor. I've traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels, but one that particularly impressed me was the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, a Platinum Five-Star hotel where I stayed in a suite. A hallmark of a good hotel is excellent service and thoughtful consideration for guests. Breakfast is also very Northeastern-style, featuring dumplings with three fresh fillings, fried bean buns, corn tortillas, steamed potatoes, and steamed eggplant. You have to wait in line for the wonton stew. There's also a wide variety of breads. However, some items were sold out quickly, and the replacement process was a bit slow. I'd also like to thank Ctrip's customer service for their excellent service. I overbooked, and they even refunded the difference. Thank you."

The cover photo and name for the property is a bit confusing - it's not a hotel, it ended up being an apartment in a residential building. It was reasonably clean with basic amenities - good value for the price, but it would be much improved if a bit more thought was given to the amenities - for instance, there was a fridge, but there was nowhere to plug it in and no extention cord and there was a kitchenette, but no kitchen equipment (no pots, bowls, cups) to actually cook in."

"This hotel offers two complimentary bathhouse tickets. The bathhouse operates 24 hours a day, while the adult hot spring tickets are valid from 9 AM to 9 PM daily. On a typical Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the place gets incredibly crowded. Whether you're just using the bathhouse or staying at the hotel, everyone has to come in, change shoes, and get a wristband. When it's busy, getting back to your room is extremely inconvenient. The facilities are also quite old. However, I have to say, the service from the staff (people from Northeast China) is very warm and welcoming. Upon entering the hotel lobby, there's a super rich and delicious jujube and ginger tea. The hotel has its own large parking lot 🅿️, and there are charging stations about a kilometer away. Behind the hotel, you can walk to a barbecue restaurant. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. I chose this place for my three-day trip to Changchun specifically because I wanted a spot with bathing facilities to ward off the cold. The Ice and Snow New World, Jilin Rime, and Chagan Lake Winter Fishing were all incredibly cold, but also a lot of fun!"

"This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more. The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service! We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"A grand old hotel, very pleasant to stay at. Though the decorations are old-fashioned, this makes the hotel a really charming place. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The location is excellent: just remember to use the underground transit plaza when leaving the station, and take the Shengli Street exit. This is much easier than approaching at surface level, and will take you directly to the front gate. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Overall, a very elegant hotel, at an excellent price. Highly recommended."
