Always stay in this hotel, very good location and convenient. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Also a lot of convenience stores nearby

For tourists, the hotel room decor seemed thoughtful, and the materials were decent. However, the room design was poor, the workmanship was terrible, and the air conditioning controller was installed out of guests' reach. The restaurant's dining environment was quite nice. The hotel parking lot is a nearby public parking lot, not hotel-owned, but it's spacious and convenient. I expected a three-star hotel to be of higher quality, but the actual experience fell short. I probably wouldn't recommend it to friends.

商務出行首選！通勤方便，有地下免費停車場，對於道路停車收費的常德，非常好。酒店周邊有新佳宜，胖姨螺螄粉，壹德壹，炒菜店，走路去常德步行街三五分鐘，非常近。房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，網絡速度快且穩定。床鋪也很舒服，房間裏還有可以煮茶，手沖咖啡，有冰箱，有送冰鎮飲料。酒店有自助早餐，中西都有，很好吃！前台服務熱情周到，還幫忙升級房間，性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏！

客房乾淨衞生，服務員熱情周到，一進門就送上涼茶。酒店位置非常優越，距景點步行街夜市江邊兒都非常近，非常的方便，停車也很方便，適合自駕。由於匆忙沒有拍照片。

I stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Easy walking to pedestrian mall. Breakfast average and ran out of food at 9am before 10am closing time!

1、酒店位置還不錯近步行街、市政府，離老牌濱湖公園也很近； 2、酒店設施也比較齊全，窗簾、窗紗都是電動的，牙膏牙刷也比經濟型酒店強不少； 3、房間大小適中，個人感覺略小了一點點； 4、房間的窗户是邊窗，噪音會小一點，但個人感覺差點意思； 5、房間衞生還不錯，搞衞生的阿姨會整理床鋪，換上新的衞浴用品； 6、洗手盆設計不合理，水會流到盆麪； 7、電視有點點使用上的麻煩，特別是開機視頻很討厭； 8、服務上有一點不是很滿意，退房前一晚已經跟前台確認了是第二天下午兩天退房，結果我一點回到房間發現刷不了卡，返回前台才處理好。

物超所值！三星價格、四星品質，保安大叔專程帶路到停車場，為了我們一大家人在一層，前台小姐姐專門給我們升級了房間。房間內整潔乾淨，物品應有盡有，床很柔軟，還有一個小型會客廳！服務員非常有禮貌，知無不言，誠懇接受改進建議。離開時，我們不慎將一個化粧包遺失在電梯口的茶几上，到家後抱着試試的心態打電話回去，沒想到短短十幾分鍾就得到了反饋，而且把化粧包郵寄給了我們。在此衷心感謝貴酒店，為符容小姐姐點贊，祝願貴酒店生意興隆、眾員工萬事如意！！！
