Hotele w: Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport/Airport flower field, Chengdu

Easily one of the worst fine hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I landed at Tianfu airport internationally and then had a early morning flight out of Shuangliu, so I booked a hotel next to the airport. I had just come from a 3rd world country that had managed to figure out room service. I arrive at this hotel starving…the phone doesn’t work to the kitchen. I go to reception and the restaurant arrives with a digital menu that did not match the one provided in the hotel room. They had almost no western food available. Against my desire, I order the expensive lamb chops (170 元）. They arrive, and the meal portion could have fed a large child. The aircon in the room didn’t work and I woke up in sweats. The hotel forgot to provide me with me with my VIP security pass as well.

Located in a quite run down building. It’s at a great location if you are here just to stay one night and transit to other cities/coutries. But it’s quite far from the city area. Other than that it’s relatively a good stay!

怕內環裏堵車，為了最後一天去看油菜花特意挑了雙流這邊。第一次嘗試住亞朵。裝修簡約好看，房間也好看乾淨，這家的裝修和設備都比較新，很舒適。當天比較晚到達，前台小姐姐很nice，幫我們升級了行政雙床。但是對第一間房間樓層不滿意（樓下火鍋店太香了，住對着的二樓房會一晚聞着火鍋味🤣）於是提出要求後迅速幫我們換了高樓一點的。由於需要刷卡才沒到達房間樓層，前台工作人員還幫忙推行李。超級感謝。房間很大，兩個29寸行李箱鋪開沒壓力。有小冰箱，床頭有無線充電桌面。吹風機也很不錯。機器人送外賣也很智能。餐廳早餐也很豐富哦。第一次住亞朵有很好的體驗。棒！

The receptionist, Rya Jiang was one of the nicest hotel people I have ever met. They checked us in despite our arrival in the morning and even upgraded us on top of that! Furthermore, during our stay we had a problem with the mobile battery rental, and they were quick to respond to our queries about it, which was very reassuring. They were waiting for us at the front desk until late at night. We received a welcome drink in the lobby on the ground floor and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The service was as good as you would expect from the IHG Group. I would definitely stay here again in Chengdu!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Although the location is convenient and the staff were generally helpful, the cleanliness and environment were unacceptable. The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway, and my room was right next to an ashtray. The smoke smell filled my room throughout the night and was so strong that it woke me up and made it impossible to sleep. I had to keep the window open in the cold just to breathe comfortably. This made the overall experience extremely unpleasant

Very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and polite, there is free transfer to the airport at any time. Nearby you can go for a walk around - there are some popular cafes and shopping mall. The room is very clean and new, highly recommend this hotel.

An absolutely fantastic experience staying in Chengdu! This stay was truly delightful! I would like to express my special thanks to Jenny, the manager on duty. Knowing that I had to catch a flight the next day, she proactively arranged a pick-up service for me. She was also considerate enough to take me to the restaurant to order food, translate for me, patiently introduce the hotel’s various facilities, and engage in pleasant conversations with me. The hotel’s facilities are modern, the environment is clean and tidy, and all the staff are courteous. Just outside the hotel is a park where taking a walk and enjoying the breeze is extremely pleasant. The food at the restaurant is also delicious and very affordable. There were no issues throughout my stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Chengdu next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!
