Easily one of the worst fine hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I landed at Tianfu airport internationally and then had a early morning flight out of Shuangliu, so I booked a hotel next to the airport. I had just come from a 3rd world country that had managed to figure out room service. I arrive at this hotel starving…the phone doesn’t work to the kitchen. I go to reception and the restaurant arrives with a digital menu that did not match the one provided in the hotel room. They had almost no western food available. Against my desire, I order the expensive lamb chops (170 元）. They arrive, and the meal portion could have fed a large child. The aircon in the room didn’t work and I woke up in sweats. The hotel forgot to provide me with me with my VIP security pass as well.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Although the location is convenient and the staff were generally helpful, the cleanliness and environment were unacceptable. The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway, and my room was right next to an ashtray. The smoke smell filled my room throughout the night and was so strong that it woke me up and made it impossible to sleep. I had to keep the window open in the cold just to breathe comfortably. This made the overall experience extremely unpleasant

有空房，所以前台小姐姐幫我們做了升房，説讓我們帶着孩子能住的寬敞一些。 房間挺乾淨的，不吵，送機很方便。 重點我想問這個床墊什麼牌子？？我在成都睡了四天別的酒店，腰疼的很，這個床墊和我的腰完美貼合，還有承託力，在成都睡的最好的一覺了，被床墊種草了！！！

這次出行真的被這家酒店圈粉了！體驗感直接拉滿，必須來誇誇，到店後前台主動告知可以免費升級房型，從基礎房升級到了更寬敞的大房，空間更通透，床品也更舒適，真的太驚喜了！因為趕早班機，酒店提供了貼心的送機服務，司機師傅提前到店等候，全程平穩準時，完全不用擔心誤機，安全感滿滿。房間乾淨整潔，大窗户採光超棒，床頭的大幅壁畫很有設計感，整體環境讓人心情愉悦。整體來説，從入住到離店都感受到了滿滿的誠意和用心，性價比超高，下次來這裏還會選擇這家酒店，強烈推薦給大家！

第一次到成都雙流機場，朋友都説單體酒店容易踩坑，但我確實沒想到離機場這麼近，還有很高性價比的酒店，從機場不到10分鐘就到酒店了，還免費接機，前台小妹也很熱情，酒店的裝修比較有創意，跟連鎖的感覺確實不一樣，比較別緻，有個性，房間裏床單、衞生間還算乾淨衞生，在大廳撞見前台小妹跟雲南來旅遊的阿姨聊得熱火朝天，就這熱情勁兒，必須點個贊。
