This hotel is a total find - amazing location on old Harbour wit the most beautiful patio view - rooms are spacious and clean, great modern bathrooms and location is the best inChania - price is right - breakfast is fresh made to order - staff is the most helpful and friendly you will ever find - Raphail and Christina will do everything for you - reservations recommendations and tips - they treat you like family and are so knowledgeable! You will love your stay!

Best hotel in Chania Crete perfect position very clean and all the staff are so helpful. Special thanks to Rafael for all his knowledge on where to go what to see and where to eat and Christina for making appointments for me and always greeting us with her smile. Wonderful service , great breakfast , perfect location and enormous rooms for Greek islands .. My room had a balcony which made it more special . Great bathrooms , and lots of closet space. Just keep in mind that don’t bring too bulky luggage , coz the cab can drop you off around 100 meters away .

Loved this charming Boutique Hotel in Chania, perfectly located in Old Town. It’s 9 rooms are in a 16th century building, totally redone with a modern twist and design styling. The staff was amazing, making sure you were comfortable and well taken care of…including flight changes, taxis, restaurant suggestions… you name it! I had the spa bath room unit. I actually used it one day for my aching travel back…takes awhile to fill, but plenty of hot water. The beds are super comfortable with high quality bedding.

Lovely boutique hotel in the perfect location of the picturesque town of Chania. Our room faced the water and was wonderful -simply but elegant. I would suggest better lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, somewhat limited. Great staff, engaging and made you feel that you were in a special place. Very helpful-

Can’t say enough about this hotel. Perfectly located right on the waterfront (but not close to any noisy bars) with views for days! We had the top floor waterfront suite and could not have been more pleased… the views, the decor, the lighting, the furniture AND our own private enclosed patio off the back. Shout out to Christine at the front desk who made dinner suggestions and reservations that exceeded our expectations, as well as other thoughtful activity ideas while we were there. Loved our 4nights there!

Everything about Scala de Faro was excellent, beyond what we expected. It is a beautiful boutique hotel, with a gorgeous view, an excellent breakfast, and the staff was exceptional. Our concierge, Christina, was beyond helpful with our myriad of questions. My husband and I felt so welcome every morning when she greeted us, by name, and engaged in conversation about our experiences in Chania and plans for the day, we've never had such wonderful service in a hotel. Thank you!

The location of the hotel is perfect!! The hotel is in the best location! Close to everything central. The staff at the hotel was amazing, and helped us a lot! The rooms were very clean. The cleanliness of the hotel was at a very high level. We enjoyed a lot.
