"Stayed at this hotel recently with 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Had booked 2 rooms but didn’t specify to have the rooms next to each other, which wasn’t a must for us. When checking-in we were told by the receptionist that if possible she would try to move one of the rooms to be closer to each other. This was fine by us but we never heard back from her (even if she couldn’t accommodate it, it would have been nice to keep us updated). The rooms were ok, tired and in need of some repairs /renovation (especially the bathroom). Didn’t expect anything luxurious for a 3 star. The apartments are ok and have the basics. The mini supermarket nearby is quite pricey but one has no choice to shop anywhere else nearby unless you have a car. The nearby beach was very convenient and walking distance which was the highlight of our trip. In the evenings there is pretty much nothing to do nearby and is peaceful and quiet, if that’s what you are after, and one needs to travel to Chania city for any action. We tried the lunchtime pool snack at the hotel. I would say overpriced for the quality. Would avoid. Also tried dinner and we were left very disappointed. The salad leaves were soft/soggy, not appetising at all. Looked like the salad was old. Hardly anything in the salad although there were supposed to be figs, pie nuts and pomegranate seeds. There were some but for €12 I would expect something amazing! I travelled from London and even I was shocked at the prices and the value for money was non-existent. We ordered chicken souvlaki for the kids which was definitely NOT REAL CHICKEN or real meat!!! Was very disgusting given that souvlaki is supposed to be their traditional cuisine, so at least they should have gotten this right. I know it’s a 3-star hotel but I would still expect the chicken to be real chicken. I have had many souvlaki before in many places but this souvlaki at this restaurant was absolutely disgusting!! For the 3 virgin mojitos, we were given 3 small glasses with water and mint and lemon. We were charged €7 per glass. AVOID!! My pina colada tasted like mixed juice. I have had many pina coladas in my time and this was definitely nothing I had tasted before and was an imitation of a pina colada. Would not eat here ever again. Totally waste of money. The location of the apartment was nice, close to the beach (5mins walk) and easy access to the Chania city by bus which stops outside the hotel. Only issue was the food at the restaurant of the hotel and the pricey supermarket nearby. The staff at the hotel were nice and helpful and provided us with information about the bus to Chania and the boat trip to Balos."

"Byliśmy od 25 sierpnia do 8 września 2024 roku. Jest to piękne miejsce, z wspaniałym widokiem na Zatokę Suda. Apartamenty są bardzo czyste i usługi są doskonałe. Katerina jest bardzo przyjazna i dostępna, a co dwa dni jest wymiana przebieralni. Podłoga jest darmowa z pralką i żelazem bez pary. basen i wspólne części są czyste i czyste. Jest idealny dla zachodniej części Krety, aby pozbyć się spokoju i ciszy. Są tawerny, gdzie jeść naprawdę dobrze i rynek. Zagłosuj na 100 i pochwal Adriana"

"Mieliśmy takie wspaniałe doświadczenie! Pokój był wygodny i czysty i nawet oferował bezpłatny pokój prania, który był bardzo pomocny. Chciałbym również polecić restaurację żywność była niesamowita. Nie wspominając o widoku z hotelu był piękny. Z pewnością znów tu zostanie."

"Właśnie spędziliśmy tu 11 nocy i spędziliśmy cudowny czas. Wszyscy, którzy tu pracują, są bardzo przyjaźni. Świetna restauracja i dobre ceny. Basen jest naprawdę fajny. Plaża jest kilka minut spacerem, a 3 inne plaże są oddalone o 8 do 10 minut. Pokoje są podstawowe, ale czyste, mnóstwo papieru toaletowego i czystych ręczników. Klimatyzacja nie działała prawidłowo, ale została naprawiona tego samego dnia, kiedy to zgłosiliśmy. Podziękowania dla Nusy, sprzątaczki, która się nami zajęła, bardzo pracowitej Tanyi, która prowadzi sklep i restaurację, i Alexa w barze, wszyscy byli bardzo mili i naprawdę sprawili, że nasz pobyt był wspaniały."
