The service was amazing - the hotel gave me aa free upgrade with a sea view and the breakfast was exceptional as well. A very memorable, clean and comfortable stay.

這次入住這家酒店的體驗實在令人失望至極。我們原本期待一個舒適的住宿環境，為此特地預訂了三個房間。然而，從入住的第一天開始，問題就接踵而至。 首先，洗澡水的問題讓人難以忍受。我們向前台反映洗澡水很涼一點也不熱，但得到的迴應衹是輕描淡寫的一句“我們會去查看”。然而，當晚我們回到房間，卻發現陽台的門竟然沒有鎖。我們住的是二樓的房間，陽台門未鎖，這讓我們對酒店的安全管理感到極度擔憂。並且三間房都衹有床單，沒有被子，打電話給前台得到的回覆是被子在衣櫃裏，我們打開發現被子是單人被，根本不適合大床房。 房間內的毛巾也非常臟，這顯然是對衞生標準的嚴重忽視。 第二天，同行人員有人發燒，於是我們決定與酒店溝通退**宜。前台在離開時答應我們會退回房費，我們這才放心離開。然而，在攜程提交退款申請時，我們卻被告知酒店拒絕了退款申請，衹能將房間延後日期入住。這種出爾反爾的行為，讓我們對這家酒店的誠信度產生了嚴重質疑。 總之，我們強烈建議其他旅客在選擇住宿時避開這家酒店，以免遭受類似的糟糕體驗。

服務不錯，性價比較高。

Everything was perfect. The room is spacious, well-organised and very comfortable. The service was perfect. The personnel was really helping and super kind. The hotel is extremely well located between the old port of Chania and the new part of the city.

The accommodations were very comfortable. The meals were excellent. The location to the old town, the harbor and the outdoor cafes is very convenient. This hotel is great base for exploring the rest of Crete, which after seeing, one can believe in Greek mythology. The ambiance of this hotel and Chania is nothing short of magic.

The staff at Chania Flair is exceptional. Georgia and Manolos were wonderful. They were always there to answer any of our questions on the local sites and restaurants. The room was wonderful. The experience certainly exceeded our expectations.

I had a fantastic 4 night stay at the Chania Flair! After being greeted with a cold towel, glass of champagne and smoked salmon, I knew that my stay would be great. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The a la carte breakfast was great and there was a wide selection of hot and cold options. My room was huge and spotless, and the bed was very comfy. The only con of the room was that it looked over he neighbouring apartment building (so, not a very interesting view from the balcony). The hotel sent a fruit plate and a bottle of wine to the room...they know how to spoil their guests. The beach is right next to the hotel, and the hotel has a dedicated section on the beach (which was great!). Again, staff at the beach and at the Hagen Dazs (which is associated with the hotel) were all great. I used the roof top pool once during my stay, which had great views over the sea. I had a very relaxing stay at the Chania Flair and would absolutely stay here again!

I, like many reviewers, was skeptical upon first reading all the many reviews. After staying at the Chania Flair Boutique Hotel, I realized, also like many of the reviewers, that this hotel's exceptional rating is absolutely well deserved. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room very nicely upholstered, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I will absolutely stay here if I return to Chania. If management reads this, would you mind letting me know what type of mattress I was sleeping on as I would like to buy one for my house - thanks!
