The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was within walking distance to all restaurants and venues downtown. I can't wait to stay there again.

This hotel is nice enough, but many areas are showing its age. Our bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. It was a good hotel.

Convenient to Southern Scuffle - walkable.
Nice property.

Chattanooga is a fun town. We did a lot of the tourist things like Lookout Mountain and were lucky enough to have great weather. With the DoubleTree being downtown we walked to almost everything in the evenings. The staff was professional and took care of us. I don't think you will have any issues staying here.

It was amazing other than the thermostat in the room would not cut the heat on and it would not even shut off it kept blowing cold air which in the winter time is freezing and the parking was less than adequate

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I thought Double Trees were a bit more upscale. The carpet was dirty, there was no TV remote and I had to wait 45 minutes for Maintenance to bring one. After a long drive, I wanted to relax and just chill...that didn't happen.

The property is located in very close proximity to restaurants and venues. I like that these things were in walking distance of the hotel.

Came in town for the holiday, this is my second stay at this particular location and I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Coffee maker and cups were dusty, shower wasn’t cleaned well and there were actually ants crawling in the bathroom

The staff was excellent, room comfortable but in need of repair and updating.
Having to pay $20 per day for parking after paying a substantial amount for room including all the taxing is a bit much.
