It's not recommended they are not a great hotel I would not give them my money couldn't even cancel my booking never again

The location is a bit out of downtown really and shady. There were a few panhandling & such, just outside the hotel. The room was okay, in need of minor repairs & reclean. Since we were only staying one night & it’s a super busy weekend, we dealt with it. The blackout shade was very cute but don’t expect it to actually work! No bugs or anything. Smells well kept, sanitized and the staff were great. We did not eat the breakfast so I cannot review it. Would possibly stay again, on a less busy & less expensive weekend!!

Good price for safe, clean, comfortable room. Bed was super comfortable. The heat/AC unit was quiet and worked well. The tv worked well with basic channels. Minor cosmetic issues such as paint chipped and bathtub caulk. A little dusty in places. Not a deal breaker.

Excellent staff, location of District 3 , easy access to rooms, luggage carts and amenities.
District 3 Hotel is centrally located to some of the Civil Wars most decisive Battles Orchard Knob, Lookout Mountain & other notable battles Battle for Chattanooga.
Breakfast offerings were plentiful, tasty and easily accessible. Coffee wasn’t boiling hot, but Luke warm( (most likely due to being 8:30am) breakfast served 6:30am-9:00am

Great place to stay for me & my needs. Excellent

We have stayed at the Ascent Hotel in Chattanooga twice because Andy is the best desk person. He is so friendly and helpful. A wonderful asset to a great hotel

It is an older remodeled motel with comfortable beds, decent free breakfast at a reasonable price for the room. There was fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, juices, hot chocolate, tea, waffles, eggs and sausage.

The hotel is in a very sketchy area with homeless around there. Looks like they have tried to upgrade it but needs a lot more to Get it to be worth the price. Need to paint walls to lighter colors to make it brighter and not look like a dungeon. The smell is horrific ! Muggy, moldy old smell.

The hotel was modern, the room was Clean and smelled good, the Breakfast had many options, Eggs , Sausage, Waffles, yogurt, cereal , Oatmeal, plenty of choices and tasty !!!
Good location to down town and St, Elmo's area, eat at 1885 make sure you put your name on the waiting list !!
