Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked great. One light in bathroom was burned out, but no big deal, it was just an overnight stay. Had a full tasty breakfast. Had amenities close by. Logan's steakhouse, China buffet, and Walmart across the street. Cracker Barrell and Waffle House right around the corner. 10 minutes from downtown and other attractions. Friendly staff, would stay again.

Awesome nice Everytime we stay, staff is always courteous, very friendly, and we're very helpful when my wife chose the wrong stay date, they were able to change it for us and they did not have to but they did

This is not a 7/10 property. It’s right on a highway. Many guests are construction crews on assignment. Dirt and sand tracked in on work boots.
The room key card system is dated and unreliable.

The beds and pillows were GREaT! Extremely comfortable. Room was clean.
Floors were very squeaky! Water pressure was bad in shower, not strong enough to rinse shampoo out of my hair.
Bathroom products left a sticky feeling in my hair, also could use an upgrade to wall dispensers rather than ind. bottles.
Overall for the price the hotel was great though!

Room smelled like cat urine and the place was filthy. For $96 a night i would expect it to be a lot nicer and cleaner.

This place needs an upgrade. Check in was fine. Receptionist was great. Lobby was clean and appealing. Rooms need updating. Breakfast was terrible. No plates, little to no food.

Room was clean. Pretty good and neat. Hallway was having smoke smell and odor. This hotel is pretty close to Rock city.

Just plain dirty. It stinks in the whole entire place... the lobby, halls and rooms. The carpet is stained in the halls and rooms. There was stuff all over the walls in our room. The countertops were so dusty, they probably have not been cleaned in months. We ended up wiping everything down with baby wipes. The bathroom had hair in the sink and in the toilet. I don't think they cleaned anything, just changed the sheets. There breakfast was okay.
