Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Große saubere Zimmer mit Blick über Chemnitz. Zentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant and the parking is only €3. The room was very large with everything one needs in it. The initial contact over the phone went very smoothly too. The whole place is spotless and welcoming.

Nah an der Innenstadt. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Im Gegensatz zum letzten Aufenthalt hatte ich dieses Mal ein altmodisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, Charme 60er Jahre.
Deshalb Abzug in der Einrichtung.
Insgesamt aber überwiegend positiv.

Alles war sauber und gut, nur die Speisen im Restaurant waren zu teuer für die mittlere Qualität. Die bar war leider geschlossen. Der Saunabereich ist recht klein.

Zimmer und Ausstattung waren sehr angenehm: sehr sauber, Zimmer groß mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Ruhig. Bettwäsche und Bett prima. Bad sehr klein aber völlig ausreichend.
Frühstück vielseitig und qualitativ gut. Leihfahrrad überraschend angenehm zu fahren.
Viele Parkplätze.
Weniger gut war der Service. Mit Ausnahme der freundlichen Putzkräfte war das überwiegend junge Personal komplett desinteressiert und teilweise uninformiert. Es fehlten die freundliche Begrüßung, das Lächeln, vom Nachfragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei, ganz zu schweigen. Das war sehr schade und man merkt doch, wie man sich als Gast über ein nettes Wahrnehmen freuen würde. Also da sollte eine Schulung nachhelfen.
Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt, den man wiederholen kann aber man sollte kein große "Wärme" erwarten.
