Hotele w: The Mixc/Niushikou, Chengdu

Pobyt w tym hotelu był dla nas bardzo przyjemny. Personel 小伍 jest bardzo pogodny i pomocny. Dołoży wszelkich starań, aby pomóc nam rozwiązać każdy problem, a obsługa jest bardzo dobra. Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od stacji 牛市口. To czyste, przytulne i wygodne miejsce na pobyt. Wrócimy tu ponownie, gdy będziemy w Chengdu.

We had a great experience at this place overall! Unfortunately, our room had a bit of a smoky smell, but we understand it was the last available option with separate beds, so we didn’t let that affect our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, although there were times when their assistance felt a bit overwhelming. The facilities are well-equipped and very appealing. We would definitely recommend this place!

A hidden gem of a hotel! I was so satisfied with my experience that I extended my stay for six days. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hot spring experience is excellent! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive: they proactively found and confirmed a pair of earrings I accidentally left behind, and asked every day if I needed room cleaning. They even re-washed my laundry when they were concerned it might have sat too long and developed an odor. These small details were truly touching and I highly recommend this hotel.

Haoke Collection is just a stone throw away from Chengdu East station. One just need to exit the west gate of the train station, turn left and walk a straight line towards the 7 Days building, Haoke is located just at the apartment building about 3 mins further down. It will be helpful if the hotel can make a pictorial direction plan to help the travellers make their way to the hotel. Nevertheless, Haoke Collection is definitely a perfect accommodation for travellers arriving late and leaving early the next day. The hotel was already expecting us when we arrived and had our rooms ready. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, even allowing us to leave us luggages there as we set off to visit Leshan and Emeishan for 2 days. As with many of the reviews, the lift is quite some wait at certain timings due to many cleaners and their trolleys. Also probably the building lift system is a little old, hence, do set aside some time to wait for the lift from 29 level.

The manager was the best. Managed to slot us in a Bipenggou tour on the 11th hour! He even provided us with a phone with a local sim just so we can communicate with the tour guide through Wechat. Not forgetting him helping us ordering food online cos we don't have wechat pay. The room was superb with accessibility to metro at Niushikou station.

Initial room was next to the kitchen so noise can be heard from 5++ am. Reported it to reception. Reception changed the room and helped to move luggages to a new room. It was quiet. Breakfast was great. Lots of selection. Recommend for people who need to get to Chengdu Dong station early

Nie jest źle. Skontaktuj się z nimi tutaj lub przez WeChat, a oni podadzą Ci kod i instrukcje do apartamentu. Nie był super czysty, ale zdecydowanie powyżej średniej jak na Chiny. Ręczniki wymieniane są codziennie. Jest lodówka, mikrofalówka i pralka, więc jest bardzo wygodnie.

We had a great time, the place is clean, super central, there are amazing places to eat around local food. Our stay included a healthy local breakfast. It is well connected to Metro, very close to touristic attractions and has rental bicycles just in front of the door. It is very easy to find and people here were very nice and friendly. The room included complimentary water and tea. In a few words, superb.

Okay like look at the view!!! 1. Location + So this place is sooooo wonderful! It's convenient as it's nearby the food area and 2 big malls! + So just add the person in charge WeChat and she will help you with everything! She's soooo nice!!! + The place is nearby to Muslims food as it's only Infront of the place and it's soooo convenient for us (just be careful as some of the place serve pork and Im still confuse on why did halal place serve pork......but yeah you can find Lawson (my fav place haha) + Nearby the icc mall which have tons of things especially the popmart lolsz + Subway? Only 2 minutes of walking!!!! How amazinggg😭😭😭 2. Rooms + Oh god I love ittttt!!! Look at the view from my windows (just chilling with my naixue) + And we got 2 huge bed for both of us and it's soooooo cozy! I love that there are also couch for us to seat and eat our meal! + Don't worry bout laundry! There's washing machine in the room! And you can just hang your cloth in the room to dry! ( And yeah free detergent too) 3. Service + No problem as she helps us with everything and can also talk in English so for those non Chinese speakers, it will be easyyy for you guys!

Good stay, will definitely come back here again, laundry although is self service, staff may sometimes help to facilitate ur laundry for u :) Picture shown is not deceptive, space is adequate as well. shower was great, location is not very far from attractions as well, overall looks clean and minimal
