Here’s a polished review you could use: --- Review: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short 10‑minute walk to Jonker Street, making it perfect for exploring the vibrant night market and historic attractions. The convenience of being able to stroll to shops, eateries, and cultural landmarks adds great value to the stay. Rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended for travelers who want to be close to the heart of Malacca without needing transport.

Niewiele rzeczy podoba mi się w tym hotelu: 1. Dużo zapłaconych parkingów przed hotelem. Będziesz musiał pobrać aplikację, aby zapłacić za parking. 2. Przejdź do Jonker Street & restauracje. Nigdy nie będziesz musiał podkreślić, że rezerwacja Grab dotrzeć do Jonker Street & utknąć w ruchu. 3. Śniadanie za darmo. Nieco chaotycznie, ponieważ w jadalni jest ograniczone stoły i krzesła (obok recepcji), ale oferowane śniadanie są przyzwoite. Jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich nocowałem w Melace. Zdecydowanie niedoceniany. Chociaż nie jest nowy, stan pokoju i udogodnienia były doskonałe. Miałem pokój typu premier king z dwiema toaletami, salonem i jadalnią oraz balkonem. Widok z 28. piętra na rzekę był wspaniały. W odległości spaceru znajdują się sklepy i restauracje. Hotel sąsiaduje z Residences i centrum handlowym. Centrum handlowe jest bardzo ciche, niewiele sklepów było otwartych, ale są restauracje, kawiarnia i fast food. Personel był przyjazny, a śniadanie było całkiem niezłe, po prostu typowe. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt tutaj był wspaniały i zatrzymam się tu ponownie za każdym razem, gdy odwiedzę Melakę.

Mały butikowy hotel designerski z oceną Michelin, nie te o nowoczesnej tematyce. Bardzo przytulny. Dekoracje i wnętrza były oparte na tematyce. Cały personel, od recepcjonistów po kelnerów i ochronę, bardzo pomocny, przyjazny i towarzyski. Położony w środku dzielnicy mieszkalnej, w odległości spaceru od Makhota Parade, Ditaran Mall i Jonker (wszystko w odległości 15-20 minut spacerem). Ale z mnóstwem GRAB i tak przystępnymi cenami (w porównaniu z Singapurem), jeśli w grupie są osoby starsze, po prostu GRAB! Malakka jest w rzeczywistości bardzo małym miastem. Przez 4 dni/3 noce, kiedy tu byliśmy, GRABUJĄC wszędzie, odkryliśmy, że tak naprawdę manewrujemy w trójkącie hotel, Jonker i centrum miasta. Wszystkie restauracje i miejsca, które odwiedziliśmy, znajdowały się w tym trójkącie. Więc ten hotel jest łatwo dostępny i wygodny. Jeśli zatrzymasz się w centrum miasta, prawdopodobnie musisz zatrzymać się w Jonker przynajmniej raz i odwrotnie. Nie możesz i nie będziesz zatrzymywać się w jednej miejscowości. Śniadanie w formie bufetu nie było zbyt bogate, ale obfite.

The check-in process necessitates roadside parking prior to accessing the designated car park, which can lead to traffic congestion. The hotel's car park, located on levels 7 and 8, involves a rather arduous ascent. The premises comprise four blocks; two are residential, and two are hotel accommodations managed by separate entities. The room itself is spacious, featuring two beds, and is maintained to a clean and tidy standard. While there are four lifts, their operation is slow, and a transfer is required to reach the car park. Breakfast, a makeshift buffet of local, low-quality food, was provided; however, during my three-day stay, I opted for it only once as it was largely unexceptional.

Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. It's a strategic location for travellers and a convenient and safe location for solo travellers. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The walls aren't soundproof however during my stay it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Booked a room with 2 king beds for a 2 night stay w my family. Pros : 1. Spacious room size 2. Comfy beds 3. Beautiful view (we could see the entire city and our window was facing towards sea) 4. Free Parking 5. 10-15 mins walking distance to the River Cruise 6. No problems with lifts. Just some additional notes for travellers : (If) you don’t want room service to clean your rooms bc you don’t mind reusing your towels, you will not be able to receive the complimentary water bottles. For families with cars, (if) you need to travel back and forth between the hotel and outside, you will always need to stop by the lobby counter to validate your carpark ticket in order to get free parking and it’s only valid for 15 minutes (more than enough time).

A very good interior setting and well maintained hotel. Provide complimentary parking after checked-in, with ample parking space available on a few levels of the building. Clean swimming pool, however pool towel was not provided. Buffet breakfast with satisfactory varieties, good choices of coffee served, friendly and helpful staffs. There is a table tennis room with two tables good for ping pong lovers. Several restaurants at ground level next to the hotel entrance offer limited local dishes.
