Lovely room; worlds most comfortable bed! Staff were nice and willing to help - although, I booked this hotel because they said they had bilingual staff. No one could speak English; this was disappointing as I’d hope to ask for travel advice. Hotel is a short drive to the Peoples Park, the Monastery and DuFu’s Thatched Cottage. Staff were happy to hold our bags for us after we checked out, however on collection they tried to charge me 15¥ because a face cloth had some makeup on it; which is ridiculous. That’s what they’re for?! This rather soured our experience here. Overall, clean, good location, comfortable - just be careful about extra expenses they may try swindle from you.
