Poor service with one Service guy.
Ask me same question and call with me again.
let me waiting for a long time when i checkiin at night.
already share ctrip booking no. for the front center person.
But need me to take room card to front center and extend again tommorrow.
And no ask me help me to take my luggage to the room.
Thats my second time come here. This time service very bad.
First time 11/16 front center service is very good.

인도의 첫 출장에 비록 경유하는 도시로 1박만 묵었지만 호텔은 훌륭했습니다. 다만 호텔 외에 공항에서 이동하는데 어려움이 있었으며 생각보다 오래 걸렸습니다.
아침 식사는 매우 현대적이였으며 청결 했습니다.
다음에 첸나이를 온다면 반드시 다시 해당 호텔을 이용할것 입니다.

We stayed a total of 6 nights in February 2024 at this hotel. The hotel had a driver pick us up at Chennai airport. He kindly waited two hours for us due to lost luggage. The staff in the restaurant were consistently polite, attentive, and courteous. The rooms were clean. The front desk employees were not always polite. They would allow male customers to interrupt my conversations with them on a regular basis. On one occasion, a lady at the front desk prevented us from taking an elevator to our room because she stated we had not paid for our reservation. We stayed the previous night, the hotel had our credit card information and could have easily ran the charges. Instead they chose to embarrass us in front of other guests at the hotel. Also, we had to call the front desk four separate times one evening to request a laundry bag. Another issue was we were approved for a 2 pm check out. However at 11:30 on the day of checkout, the front desk called and asked why we had not checked out.

The front office team was very helpful..check in was very smooth by ayantika. And sheetal ..the food was so good ..it was a smooth stay ....resturant team is very helpful ....special thanks to Rochelle, joel ,jyoti , . It was really pleasent stay .
