"Overall, the hotel is good and the staff are polite and welcoming. The evening 6:30 PM carnatic music combine with fire show was especially beautiful and truly enjoyable. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed: There was no response from the Palace service number. I tried calling 3–4 times on 19th February at around 9:45 AM, but no one answered. On 20th February at 6:15 AM, I requested a scissor or knife to cut the tag from my dress. No one turned up for about 15 minutes, and I had to change my outfit and leave by 6:32 AM. The breakfast spread was very vast with a wide variety of options, which was impressive. However, the masala tea was very disappointing. It seemed like masala was simply mixed into regular tea. In India, masala tea is prepared authentically and is refreshing, giving a great start to the day. The taste and preparation could definitely be improved. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but attention to these details would significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you"

The Express Avenue Mall is part of the same complex as the hotel, so you'll feel safe, have easy access to food, and most importantly, find high-quality clothing at very cheap prices compared to Thailand.
