Grand Galaxy

Hotel is of a very old building and not maintained very well. Booked this only because of its proximity to the ma chidambaram stadium where we attended ipl match. It's hardly 5 minutes walk to any gate of the stadium and if you are young boys group who can adjust it's a decent stay for a night considering distance to the ground. Won't recommend for couples or family or for regular stay.

Lots of insects roaming across the rooms, bathrooms are not hygienic, old tiles

Room not cleaned properly, bath room in bad condition, water gets clogged in bath room, no extra bed sheet given

1. The room differed from those shown. Very average room was provided2. Did not provide basic amenities like water bottle, cleaning of room or even any attandent. 3. Manager became very rude. And categorically denied any services. Very pathetic approach of the hotel.

Pros. 1. Good hotel 2. Ac tv electricity all working 3. Bed good quality cons 1. The bed sheets might be not washed regularly. There was chewing gum in one bed sheet. After my intimation only they changed. 2. Room is full of cockroaches. Full negligence towards cleaning. Upon informing them by me, one of the stuff arrogantly said " all rooms have this cockroaches" meaning by, the hotel authority has no bothering about it. I had to buy 3 cockroach sprays. 3. They do not change or bother to change the bed sheet on regular basis. Neither they asked me about my comfortability. 4. Bathroom is dirty. Not clean enough. Not in the exact form as is shown booking profile. No nees

When we were shown our first room, my wife opened the armoire, and two cockroaches made us aware of their presence, after which we were promptly shown our second room. I was ready to hit the bed after a long journey across state, unfortunately the mattresses in this hotel are as hard as a rock, and I didn't sleep well that night. My wife was the first of us to take a shower in this room, and her water pressure was good, but when it was my turn, I got maybe a third of the pressure you'd expect from a shower head.

Full of cockroach and bugs, smelly rooms and bad behaviour. Please try to avoid this hotel, unless your didn't find any other

There was no room for me when i reached there. I booked the room on 28th of may for 31st of may. My arriving time was 4:00 pm but my flight was delayed so i reached there at 5:30, but room was not ready for me. Even i have to wait for the room. Then they gave me a room and after 30 minutes they shifted me in another room. My family suffered the room.
