Very good service. The staff were extremely friendly and took very good care of guests. They fullfilled our requests on time and made sure we had a very good stay. Room was decent enough. Facilities were very much good. Location is perfect too. Will definately recommend and stay when visit chennai again surely.

Good Sleep in the room and cosy bed, We have nice dinner facilities in the restaurant, Staffs are very polite, Swimming pool well cleaned, Roof top bar is nice..... Spa service is very good... we will visit again to the hotel best service and accommodation

This hotel upgraded me to a suite room, since my booked room was unavailable. They wanted me to vacate the suite room at midnight else incur the suite room charges, it was negotiated and settled. They were disappointed that I ***aged to get the booking through Agoda at a cheaper rate. The room's tea cups were stained, the facilities were decent. Tempt Asian Restaurant is top notch food, I had dinner twice and the breakfast buffet was good too.

The room was very dirty with some brown stains over the floor…dirty towels …unhygienic..will never visit or recommend anyone.some insects were biting could hardly sleep. Bed was too small Smelly linen .It was a horrible experience and very poor customer care

Stayed for just 1 night but truly enjoyed every moment in this pragmatic business-cum-holiday modern Hotel. Location was excellent. The room'was spacious with all amenities and excellent mattress and linen quality. The bathroom was modern and had good water pressure with 24hrs running hot water, though the shower cubicle could have been a tad bigger. The therapist at the spa was very good too. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, but service could be improved. The Hotel has a very nice rooftop pool and bar but couldn't use it as it was raining! Special appreciation for Damu who went out of the way to accommodate my special request for an early check-in and late check-out due to my flight timings, besides keeping my suit safe while we travelled to Ooty and returned. Also, a big thanks to ***n who arranged the Hotel Car to drop and pick us up at a wedding, as all local cabs stopped services due to heavy rain! This Hotel goes the extra mile to make their guests truly feel home! We look forward to visiting them soon.

We were here for an overnight stay on the way to Ooty. They received us with a welcome drink even when we reached there after 10 PM. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. We were three people and it's a little bit cramped with the extra bed. But, it was not an issue, as we checked in late at night and checked out right after breakfast. Bathroom was neat and clean with required basic toiletries. We wanted a shower cap and shaving kit, which the house keeping people sent immediately on request. The breakfast food and service were overwhelming, though the spread was limited. Items ordered in live counters came very quickly and the staff are very much attentive and courteous. Overall, it's an excellent property, that too in the city centre.

Unbelievably a dirty blanket which had some food or liquids spill over, dirty pillow cover, bedsheets all dull and faded and with torn ends. Bath towels do smell good but once you see them you would never use them either. Asked for repeated towels but almost all were in similar condition. Plus point: Well I really can't mention any because of an unpleasant stay due to the above points.

It was awesome experience I like the view from La Cabana Roof Top restaurant . Moreover its a very good place to spent time with family , friends and for couples. Furthermore taste of food was delicious and good quantity. Service given by sathya is nice . But one thing I noticed that they should treat the guest in professional way like offer a glass of water . Another thing is that in Raita hair was their but they are so kind and immediately change so overall nice experience.

The rooms were very small and cramped. The service was average . There are much better options for the same tariff. The guests in another room on the same floor were drunk and rang our doorbell twice during the night just to disturb us.
