Great stay and customer service. Worth for money. Need to improve on morning breakfast, rest all okay.

The hotel is close to chennai central railway station which is very convenient. However some rooms on the ground floor and first floor are not at all maintained. The walls were dampened and smelly, which caused inconvenience.

Smell in rooms & bathrooms are not clean and complimentary breakfast is not good the manager are very rud.

Room was not clean walls had stains in them and washroom were not good when informed to receptionist very poor response and was given alternative room which was at same condition but when informed there were no rooms available and had no choice but to stay. Staffs were good but the receptionist was rude and when we asked for early check in it was not supported even though we checked in late evening there was no support for late check-out also. Had terrible experience with family
no parking facility and had to pay for parking outside. Never booking here again. When visited before stay the rooms shown were different and when asked whether the same was available during it was mentioned as preoccupied. Pics provided in make my trip is not same as in the room available. It's not suitable for family stay.

Staff is cooperative and polite. Rooms are fully maintained, breakfast is available but food for lunch and dinner you can order from outside. Overall a good experience in grand oliver.

It is terrible experience and i left immediately after seeing room and staff. Very poor network. I did not claim any refund.

First of all, location is very poor. It's amid-st a slum. People looked dangerous. They stared so much. It looked unsafe. The hotel rooms were so poor. It was stinking like sewer. No drinking water was provided. When i asked for water, they gave tap water in a dirty jug. The bed was dirty. Bathroom was terribly smelly. No towel was given, when asked, a dirty towel was given. No warm water for bath. The bucket provided was full of algae. Not mm t standards at all. Had a terrible stay. Would never ever recommend anyone to stay there.

Rooms are old and congested. No proper ventilation and no emergency exit. Tv and other items are old and damaged. Cleaning is not done properly.

The receptionist was friendly. I went there early and they provided the room even though there is more time for the booked slot.
