Good hotel in a nice location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room is large. Restaurant downstairs is not worth it. No room service which was a bit annoying after a long flight.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

The Drake is a wonderful hotel with tons of charm. The staff was always very friendly and helpful providing tips for getting a bus card or an umbrella when it was raining. It was a wonderful location, not far from the metro and very close to the bus stop I needed to get to my conference. It’s also right next to the water. 

Very good location. It’s five minutes by foot to Michigan Avenue (Nike Chicago). Standard American breakfast. The room is small (king size bed).., but comfortable. No troubles with the elevators.., they were working very well. I recommend.., and I would stay again for sure..!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is ideally located—right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, so it’s within walking distance of world-class shopping, dining, and iconic Chicago landmarks like the John Hancock Center and Navy Pier. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I stayed in a city-view room, and the view of the Chicago skyline was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights illuminated the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's rest, and the bathroom was sleek and contemporary with high-end toiletries. Location: This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the best of Chicago. Not only are you close to Michigan Avenue's shopping and dining, but you're also a short walk from cultural attractions like the Art Institute and Millennium Park. Abit far from the subway/metro lines but taking the bus was convenient as well.

Nous sommes restés une semaine et étions ravis de notre séjour. Notre grande chambre était au 17e étage avec une vue assez sympa. Le coin cuisine est très pratique pour ne pas à avoir à aller au restaurant tout le temps. Le wifi marche très bien. La cuisine est pas très bien équipée mais la réception nous a apporté ce qui nous manquait. L’hôtel est extrêmement bien située, à distance à pied de tout les hauts sites touristiques. Le prix n’est pas donné pour nous européen mais la clientèle américaine est simple, il y a quelques familles de touristes français.
