PINLAKE RESORT

I really enjoyed being removed from the downtown area, the quiet suits me. It was a bit difficult at times to get a DiDi. To find a place to rent bikes we had to walk a bit of a distance. But besides that, being right next to the bike path and lake was very nice. The pool, excellent. The breakfast, more than anyone could ask for. I would recommend.

Nice and new hotel, we enjoyed our stay. However, it is still under construction so parts of it look a little bit messy. Also, a company had booked the entire restaurant for the second evening, forcing every other guest to wait until 19:00 to eat. As there are no restaurants nearby we only had the choice of trying to get a taxi into town, with a pregnant woman not feeling well, or waiting until normal guests are allowed back in the restaurant. If those complaints get fixed, I would recommend this hotel and give it 5 Stars.

Nice place, would be especially good for a family with kids because of the play area but just fine for a couple as well. Super clean and new. The restaurant is great and the breakfast buffet has a ton of variety. Not sure if just because it was a holiday but we had a dinner buffet one night as well and it was excellent and cheap. There’s a walking/bike path that fires around the lake nearby and you can easily rent ebikes or tandem or normal bikes. The outdoor pool opens at 2pm and should really have lounge chairs around it but it’s ok. The bathtub in the rooms that have one is massive and has a view — although the water was just quite warm instead of hot by the evening in both the shower and bath. Big rooms, free English movies on the tv. I’ll come back.

The hotel was slightly out of the city, perfect if you want a quiet stay or have a car. (About 30 mins cycle to the boat trip pick up). The room we had was amazing, huge, clean and lovely. We had an amazing view with a balcony and a huge bathtub (inside but on the balcony surrounded by glass). The staff were nice, they didn't really speak much English though. The hotel seems very new, some areas are not finish, the pool is nice, but for the amount of people that could be in the hotel, it was quite small (and only opened at 2pm?) Breakfast was good, a variety of different foods, however quite small for the amount of people. Lots of people had to wait, and therefore became quiet noisy. It is a nice hotel, maybe when it's quiet, the facilities would stretch further.

很晚才到的酒店，定的親子房，酒店沒有介紹上説的那麼大，整體裝修風格偏老派，就是在原有基礎上，硬加了點小童元素，放點小帳篷就叫親子房了……這也就算了，主要房間被子還是臟的，因為入住已經晚上很晚了，就沒有再去找前台，但是整體體驗很不好，性價比很低

房間很大，趕上五一期間工作人員還很貼心升級了房間，平時出行都是我做攻略，結果酒店工作人員已經很貼心的把攻略都準備好了，還自己做好了PDF的文檔，把每個景點的特色都寫了，對於我們第二天想要去的地方也給了很客觀的建議，感謝吳珍妮，此次的行程很圓滿!

酒店整體環境不錯，房間挺大，陽台很大，一樓小荔小童樂園遊樂設施齊全，小朋友玩得很開心，滿頭大汗，樂此不疲。大草坪上還有可愛的小松鼠可以投喂。 酒店前台♥吳珍妮♥很熱情，細心周到，有個小包漏在前台了，及時聯繫了我，非常感謝🙏🏻。酒店早餐很豐盛。對於有自駕車的客人比較方便，停車免費。 唯一的遺憾，室外泳池還沒開放。告知要6月份才開放。[捂臉]

酒店環境不錯，家庭套房面積也可以，寶寶喜歡房間的大浴缸，就是洗澡間衹有一個，有點不方便。 工作人員很熱情，退房時還送了寶寶小零食，特別感謝前台一位叫吳珍妮的，熱情周到，點贊👍 酒店有小松鼠，還有一個很大的遊樂場，3歲寶寶玩的很盡興。 遛娃首選

設施：酒店設施齊全，免費運動場館裏有羽毛球、乒乓球、籃球，球拍和球都易配備，小童樂園也非常大，健身房也很好。還可以租自行車騎行，騎行建議出了酒店過馬路往左騎，一路風景優美，植被茂密。 服務：酒店服務很棒，服務態度比住過的任何一家國外品牌的五星級酒店都要好，辦理退房時很貼心贈送了伴手禮，包含吃的喝的，可以回程路上當零點。 餐廳：早餐豐富，每天早上都吃的很飽，9點去吃早飯，到了下午一點還不餓。中午晚上點餐味道也不錯，魚頭湯分量很大，連續兩天都是在酒店餐廳點餐，價格也合適。 希望酒店可以繼續保持這樣的餐食水準和服務態度，下次來千島湖一定還預訂！
