Hotele w mieście Chuzhou (Langya District)

This stay experience was simply perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge department enthusiastically helped me with luggage, smilingly and quickly processed my check-in, providing a seamless and attentive service throughout. Every detail demonstrated the five-star standard. The room was beautifully and elegantly decorated, with soft and comfortable bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The smart devices were fully equipped, allowing me to easily control the lights and curtains. The technology was very impressive. The breakfast options were beyond imagination, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly made fried eggs and special snacks were superb! The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was clear, and there were professional coaches for guidance. When I was leaving, the staff member, Tomoko, even helped me mail my wallet. This feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

Can not control how cold the room gets. Central air conditioning is terrible. It is too hot, and I can not sleep. It is too bad though, because love this hotel.

The whole house intelligent system is very convenient. Voice can control the lights, curtains and air conditioning, and can be operated in bed. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which solves the laundry problem of long-distance travel and is very practical. The hotel gym is also great and the equipment is very new. The most important thing is that the front desk lady's service attitude is super super warm. Seeing that we hold the children, we picked a parent-child room and have building blocks toy facilities. The children are very happy. Parent-child travel is a must! !

The room is very large and looks very comfortable, especially the windows. I really like it. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic. I greeted them very warmly as soon as I entered the door. There are many types of breakfast. I forgot to take photos. Generally speaking, there is a feeling of value for money. I will book here next time I have the opportunity.

It was the first time I took my child on a trip after the epidemic, and I passed through Chuzhou for the first time. Ramada was the right choice, and I was a little worried before I left. However, Chris Xu, the receptionist, contacted me one day in advance to arrange small slippers and a children's tent for my child. Told more than twelve o 'clock arrived, also promised to try to arrange to stay. On the day of arrival, the car stopped and the service staff helped the door to help with the luggage. At the door, a little sister in beautiful clothes kindly asked, and gave guidance to the front desk to check in. Very nice feeling. The room has been cleaned and everything requested has been added. I also asked if I would like help transporting the luggage to the room. The sister of the guest room and the sister of the western restaurant are very kind. Every employee they meet smiles and greets them. The questions they ask are quickly answered. Buffet breakfast, children pick up their own meal is very happy, the service staff warmly guide, midway play back to the hotel, I hold the child asleep, the door service staff take the initiative to help take things, according to the elevator back to the room. Langya Mountain scenery is also very good, just opposite, walking to the children every day in the window to look at the mountain scenery, very happy, said next time Thank you so much for staying here. Great service!
