Hotele w mieście Xining (Chengxi District)

Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal. This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic. It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

Pro points - The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.

In terms of amenities & facilities this hotel excel vs w other hotels... As they provide free afternoon tea, porridge & laundry service. There r people who will assist in teaching us how to use the washing & dryer w all the liquid detergent , softener & disinfect liquid available The room is very clean n it's aircon , bed & tv r on top standards. The location is opposite the central square and tHere are plenty of space to do exercise other then their gym..

每次出去旅遊，必選維也納酒店，這次入住了西寧維納酒店萬達廣場店。酒店不僅環境優雅，乾淨整潔。而且交通方便。更重要的是前台小姐姐服務態度特別好。我退房的時候以為自己的充電線留在酒店，飛回家以後連打了幾個電話去詢問。她們都是很熱心的在幫我尋找。後來是在自己的包包裏找的。總之感覺特別温馨。好評！

This time I came to Xining to play and chose this hotel. The overall stay experience was particularly satisfactory. The location of the hotel is full of advantages. There are various specialty restaurants, supermarkets, milk tea shops within a few steps of walking out. It is very convenient to eat and purchase. In Qinghai Sports Center, it is suitable to watch events and take a walk after dinner. The parking facilities in the store are intimate, and there are plenty of parking spaces during most of the time. There is no need to worry about parking when traveling by car. The room hygiene is very meticulous, the floor, bathroom, and bedding are cleaned up and there is no smell. The soundproofing effect of the room is good, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and you can sleep well after a busy day of play. The WiFi in the whole house is smooth, and there is no pressure to brush videos and pass photos. The front desk staff is gentle and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and they will take the initiative to recommend local delicious food to us. The overall decoration of the hotel is simple and clean, the supporting facilities are well maintained, and the price/performance ratio is far higher than other hotels in the same location. Whether it is a family trip, a friend travel, or a short stopover, this store is a very high-quality choice, and I will stay here next time I come to Xining.

酒店樓下就是大廈的停車場，是一圈，左轉3次是大廈的地下停車場。周圍還有好多停車場，別擔心停不下。 房間挺大的。帶有空調！ 酒店旁邊有商街，吃喝的地方超級多。 建議酒店多準備一些床品，替換着把被子什麼的拿出去曬曬。

Overall good, reception will let you know upon check-in that hotel does not have air-conditioning ( already listed when you booked hotel), but they provide fan so no hot at all. Location just a few step from Tangdao637 and Wanda Plaza. Breakfast also rich.
