We had a great time! The hotel was comfortable and felt very safe. There were a lot of restaurants and activities within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional. The only complaints I have is that the hotel restaurant wasn’t very nice and there was really no parking. The valet parking offered by the hotel was expensive. However, there were several reasonable priced parking garages nearby.

This is an older hotel but was clean and conveniently located to the ballpark which is why we stayed here. Staff was friendly. Really my only complaint is the bed was hard as a rock which made for no sleep.

Loud mechanical sound went on none stop the entire two day stay. Had to wear earplugs tobsleep. Room service was not provide during the stay.

Great stay. Check in was easy. Staff was super nice. Not sure why this place gets some bad reviews. The elevator was super fast. At night it’s locked and you use your room key to get into the hotel, so it felt secure. Room was very nice, everything was clean and stocked. I would absolutely stay again.

Air conditioner was very loud. Made for a very restlessness nights sleep. Traffic noice was much louder than stays we have had from other hotels in the area. Car smelt like smoke after valet parking. Very clean property, nice area, but will not stay again for reasons mentioned.

Everything and everyone was courteous and helpful except for losing my keys to my car at the valet!!!!! Valet was way too busy and a lot of confusion. I needed to be home by noon to 1 pm and didn’t arrive back to Lancaster OH until 3:45. I feel that I should have been compensated somehow!!

Nice hotel with interesting history and architecture. A bit understaffed. Had to wait a long time for extra bedding needs and valet car but overall ok.
