Amazing hotel, with its own history, cozy, doll-like, beautiful. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, restaurants, pubs, theaters, parks are within walking distance, which is very convenient. Polite staff, cleanliness, friendliness. The hotel is very quiet, despite the full occupancy, there is a swimming pool, spa, lounge area.

It’s a quiet hotel. If you want to try something Soviet Union stuff, this is the one for you. Room is clean, and tidy. I like the quietnesses. The employees at the reception are very friendly.

Good hotel for a reasonable price. Friendly staff, clean, you can't hear your neighbors, warm, safe. Breakfast has three hot dishes to choose from, delicious. The only thing was there was no hair dryer in the room, but they gave it to you at the reception. It's a 15-minute drive to the center. Thank you for the great accommodation!

Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good.
The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped.
The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly.
The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind.
Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

A gorgeous hotel, responsive and kind staff, excellent location in the centre of Minsk. spacious and comfortable room, cleanliness, daily cleaning of intent, everything corresponds to the description of the booking. Everything was very much liked, I recommend for consideration and will be happy to return to this hotel again.

Отель не тянет на свою сумму !!! У меня был Люкс4. В нем нет !!! Внимание зубного набора и его не дали ((( какой же это люкс?!
Нет ни салфеток в номере, а вместо ванной в таком огромном номере убитая душевая 🤢 И это почти за 10.000(((
Территория конечно супер! Как усадьба.
Но ребята, почему вы совместили тусовку и музыку до утра с номером люкс ? Была какая-то туса и музыка била басами до поздно …

Rooms are quite good, but it will be difficult for people who don't speak English or Russian to find their office. Call them first, then ask them to help take a taxi to their office, and then call to find the room assigned to you.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. Check-in was seamless. My room has exceeded all expectations, was not only tastefully decorated but also spotlessly clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided for.
Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. Whether it was arranging transportation or fulfilling any other request I had, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.
The breakfast option at the hotel were equally impressive. I had the pleasure of sampling ldifrent dishes and each meal was a culinary delight. The quality of the food, paired with the elegant ambiance, made for a truly memorable dining experience.
Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch. I appreciated having access to such well-maintained amenities during my stay.

Not far away from hotel (15min by walk) is famous Zibitskaja bar street.
Rooms are very nice in palace style.

Convenient to Shopping - Minsk city Mall & Green supermarket chemist, fashions,
Hotel room clean & spacious, comfortable bed, TV is small (only Russian & Belarusian programs), gym is basic and small, only free weights + 1 bench (will disappoint the fitness enthusiast like me)
Breakfast buffet - good variety of cold & cooked food, muesli/corn flakes, fruit/salad, bread, omelette, waffles, nuts, tea/coffee, juices. Enough to satisfy most taste buds after a good night sleep.
Efficient & friendly Reception for check in ,& out.
Will look forward to next stay when I visit Minsk in near future.

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellently located. You can go from the hall on the ground floor to the shopping center. Nice cafe on the 1st floor. The number is as in the photo. The cleaning was average, nothing except water was replenished (soap, shampoo, slippers, etc.). Good 4, but not 5 stars.

GGrigorii BelovLocation is really great, very close to vibrant street full of restaurants and cafes. But hotel is quiet and cozy. Rooms are simple yet neat. Breakfast can’t be booked online, which is strange, but not really necessary, thanks to proximity to Oktyabrskaya street.

GGuest UserThere is no SPA only a small swiming pool acts like SPA, the gym is located in the SPA room and hardly any room to more around. There are 3 relaxing bed abd on sofa. There is no active resturant even they advertise it on there website and TV. There is only tea in the room and no coffee.
In the bath room there are no floor mats/towels.

GGuest UserExcellent location in the old city centre where there are many cafes, restaurants, pubs, attractions. Really clean and comfortable big room in a traditional monastery which has been converted into a hotel.
Room is big with comfortable bed, good view from the (top floor) traditional 16th century window. I like the long corridor with traditional circular ring shaped lights holder hung from ceiling.
Buffet Breakfast is reasonable but similar Belarus foods juices+ teas, coffee, water everyday during my stay.
Quick check in and check out at receptions with friendly staff who speak English., 24 hours service.
Reception helped organised paid airport transfer on my last morning.
Overall very satisfied experience. Will definitely stay again when I next visit Minsk.

JJosephNot cheap (they only offer two rooms 4 beds to one person). Good location if you have a car or use taxi. Good breakfast. Horrible mattress. !!!!
The cleaning ladies “shouted” at me (the guest) for asking them to tidy the room ,on the second day of arrival.
In the Reception, they don’t speak English.
At least they had hot water!
