房間寬敞乾淨，服務員熱情還送了小童拖鞋和牙刷，給我們一家人的入住體驗增添了不少温暖。酒店的床品也非常舒適，躺上去就像置身於雲朵之中，讓我們在旅途中能夠得到充分的休息。
衞生間的設施一應俱全，並且打掃得一塵不染，淋浴的水温調節方便，出水穩定。房間內的空調製冷效果很好，能夠快速地調節室內温度。

The family suite is very suitable for our family of four. The room has a washing machine, refrigerator, and induction cooker (no pot). Slippers are in each room's wardrobe.
The hotel provides various experiences as gifts, which is highly recommended for bringing children. Feeding small animals, cloud trampoline, archery, shooting, rock climbing, jungle crossing in the trees, UTV all-terrain off-road, hot springs, and bonfire parties.
Thank you very much to Wang Xiaobei at the front desk, Wang Bingshu, the duty manager, and the hotel front desk for helping arrange the shuttle bus during the trip! Only with so many excellent service staff can everyone's living experience be particularly good.
Call the front desk number *************, and you can arrange a shuttle bus to pick you up in the park. The shuttle bus in Hao Li Ke is much better than the Anaya Suka Hotel. It will be OK after a while.
Because I stayed for two days, the hotel sent all the benefits to my account. The front desk also told me very responsibly that I could enjoy all the benefits of the experience in one day, except for feeding small animals. To put it bluntly, I only fed small animals twice. of carrots for me. I wonder if it’s just the staff at Luyuan who don’t know?
At the bonfire party in the evening, the host led everyone to have a great time. Well worth the experience.

Service: Because it was a family trip, we chose the Momoland Hotel in the resort. There were a lot of people checking in during the National Day holiday. Thanks to Manager Wang, the service was good and the hospitality was extremely good. He took the initiative to help solve the problem quickly! He also sent a warm reminder to inform the hotel of the supporting rights. He was really a thoughtful butler!
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with wide views and very comfortable!
Environment: The package rights of the room are too good to be true. It is enough to play in the resort for two days. The whole family is very satisfied! Changbai Mountain is really beautiful during the National Day holiday! Wanda Resort is worthy of being a top mountain tourist resort. I look forward to winter so that I can come to ski!

The family suite is very suitable for our family of four. The room has a washing machine, refrigerator, and induction cooker (no pot). Slippers are in each room's wardrobe.
The hotel provides various experiences as gifts, which is highly recommended for bringing children. Feeding small animals, cloud trampoline, archery, shooting, rock climbing, jungle crossing in the trees, UTV all-terrain off-road, hot springs, and bonfire parties.

Because I stayed for two days, the hotel sent all the benefits to my account. The front desk also told me very responsibly that I could enjoy all the benefits of the experience in one day, except for feeding small animals. The room size is also large. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the bedding is clean and tidy. The fly in the ointment is that the tourists next door get up in the morning and call for friends in the corridor, disturbing the rest of other guests. The breakfast needs to increase the supply of varieties. Some guests need bread and milk, but they are not provided. However, for seasonal tourist hotels, it is not easy to persist. Overall satisfaction, the price and location are quite reasonable. After all, it takes two or three minutes to walk to the Tourist Distribution Center to take a bus tour of Changbai Mountain.
What needs to be complained is that the bus into the mountain drives very slowly, and it takes three hours to drive back and forth, which is drowsy.

The room has no windows for the outdoors, but I don't think it matters. I usually play outside during the day, and sleep at night is very quiet and shading.

Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.
