Wanda Hotel Changbai Mountain

I suggest everyone who ski lover to stay this hotel, reasonable cost, nice food, and staff friendly for foreigner especially thank you Mr. david, he not just try to communicate in english but help to adjust and full-fill my travel in Changbaishan more completely, good moment....lovely

The room was cozy and clean. It was pleasant to stay there. The stuff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast had many options and it was delicious. The location is good, only 5 mins by taxi to the slope. I liked all the service.

we book 2 room very bad service we talk super long time for check in say we oversea card cannot use for payment keep delay all the time for payment . same time the hotel all facilities close early understand because payment delay we keep waiting after long flight reach to the place all good mood also become bad mood finally also my card can't use we sent all the detail to hotel already know we from Malaysia what is reason say my card cannot use in here . travel round the world near ever hear hotel cannot use oversea card for payment . end up also cannot use need my hong kong friend to settle the bill . waste time also cannot settle the problem . hotel need upgrade the system .

Not much facilities available, quite poor but service ok

Cheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl ! Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous ! The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful . I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

🆚 This hotel and Holiday Inn Express are very similar, they are right next to each other. ✅ This Wanda seemed slightly better than H.I. Express. ✅Free shuttle service from-to airport (tell the lobby your flight info the day before you check out, they’ll tell you what time you should be at the lobby) ✅ The booking includes transportation to the west slope of Baishan Mt, cable car 🚡, bikes 🚲 in the Wanda area. (It’s seasonal) ✅ The breakfast was good, 90% Chinese style. ✅ The area has different restaurants and fast food options, if you want to go to a restaurant, look for it on 大众点评 and give them a call, they can pick - drop you off (sometimes it might rain a lot) for free. ❇️ You can ask the hotels for tours available. Sometimes it’s raining and they close the mountain 🏔. ⛔️ The floor of the bathroom is some sort of plastic and won’t make you feel comfortable. ⛔️Central A/C doesn’t work well, but you can open the window. 💠 In overall good!

來長白山玩住的悦華酒店，大堂很亮堂，入住時大堂經理David熱情接待，耐心詳細的介紹了權益的使用方法，期間也有問必答，服務十分周到，房間舒適，整潔，很暖和，滑雪也很好玩， 明年還會再來的

整體不錯，自助早餐也挺豐盛的。就是房間太熱了，打電話給前台，很快就過來解決問題，問要不要關掉暖氣，第二晚給拿來了風扇，整體服務不錯👍晚上聯繫david經理，諮詢長白山出遊方式，也很耐心解決

酒店很好房間乾淨整潔很滿意，由於乾燥每天都都會有水放着很多，整理的也非常好，服務貼心，寄快遞也方便負責～尤其是酒店的David盡心敬業的幫忙處理客人的需求！總之這次長白山體驗很好！還包含雪票温泉水樂園等項目，贊～以後再來還是會選這家住。
