The environment is good, and sanitation is okay, but the facilities and services are worse than each. I prepared to take a bath after ten o’clock in the evening. The hot water did not get hot after half an hour. The engineering department sent someone to see that the solution was to continue to discharge the water. That’s fine. The staff said that this will appear in the terminal room (1210) we live in. Class situation.
The most unbearable thing is the morning breakfast. When I checked in, the front desk said it was a buffet breakfast. In the morning, I went to the restaurant on the 16th floor. come over. If you are too busy, you have to sacrifice the right of staying guests to enjoy the buffet? Shouldn't you overcome it and solve it yourself? Or you can tell in advance, we can choose not to live here. We just want to eat some vegetables, but don't want to eat the matching Hanamaki Sausage. The hotel is very clean and tidy, toiletries are changed every day, and mineral water and three kinds of tea are provided free of charge.
The management of the hotel is very user-friendly. My friends and I went to Zhengzhou to run a marathon. Since we couldn't make it back to the hotel in time for the specified check-out time, the hotel made a special arrangement and gave us a free extension. This moved us very much. I went back to Zhengzhou during the holidays and the hotel environment I chose was really great. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided smiling service and made people feel comfortable. The rooms are arranged on high floors and are very quiet. The executive rooms are spacious. The facilities and equipment are large, simple and elegant, and the shower smell is particularly good. It is a niche brand. Taking photos in the lobby is very photogenic. The butler also delivers ice cream to the room. It is really amazing. This service is very cost-effective. I recommend it for your stay~

刘刘i travelled alone to see the shaolin temple, wanted to see the zen light musical performance and this hotel seemed reasonable for foreigner.
I am very happy i chose this hotel because its facilities, location, Service is more than five stars. It is a boutique hostel actually with Three a big courtyard Holding Three rooms with Common area including washing machine and separate washrooms in each Room.
There is attention to detail in decoration And style of this hotel And downstairs is a canteen with really delicious food. There is also a shop opposite which is open till late night.
Every amenity is available including quality toiletries, packed slippers, television with extra channels.
The beds And pillows are comfortable and there is a switch for charging mobile phone next to each bed.
Most amazingly, the owner of the hotel personally checked me in very efficiently and shared her telephone number in case i needed anything. She also provided a Welcome fruit basket and tea and explained to me the facilities in detail. Since i speak Chinese fluently So i didn't had the chance to see if her English was good or not but the way she said hello with an accent showed that she might communicate in English.
And she also upgraded My Room type.
In short, this is a foreigner friendly hotel, with efficient service, beautiful decoration and facilities and great location.
Better than JW Marriott in Qufu or Le Meridian Zhengzhou. Come to think of it the Common area provides an opportunity to interact with people and there are lot of books and reading material along with tea downstairs.
The breakfast was very delicious also and i was also provided a big bottle of Song Shan mineral water

Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks.
Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice .
Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

GGuest UserThe stay in Jinpeng Eco Hotel was very great and we had a really good time. The rooms with the balcony are super nice, and were very clean. The hotel staff is very supportive and friendly and we even had extra wishes (prepare cake for a birthday etc.) and they supported without problem.
The restaurant serves Western and Chinese food (we tried mainly Chinese food) and it was very good and definitely worth it.
To go to the Shaolin Temple and the other Temple areas and sightseeing areas we visited there was a ride of approx. 30 minutes needed (~20km). We had a rental car and parking fee was included.
If I would go there again, I would definitely choose the Hotel again.

MMohamedThis is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apar**ent. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apar**ent and I couldn't find any single serviced apar**ent listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.
