Beautiful environment and first-class hotel facilities, including very attentive staff and detailed Covid agreements. The fact is that it was a small accident on the day of breakfast departure from 10 o'clock. There was a puddle in the buffet area. My husband slipped and fell, but a few days later he was alone in pain.

Lovely hotel! Staff are great! We spent a week at the hotel and were really happy! Thank you! Different themed nights for food everyday (the restaurant staff are amazing and so well organised ) lots of variety and really lovely food Pool and hotel always clean and staff happy to help Room cleaned every day Hotel itself is beautiful Near the beach and staff mentioned a free boat ride to another beach if we wish (we didn’t go on to the beach so can’t comment) Activities on throughout the day to join in if they wish (but not hounded to hoping in which is great) Always a sunbed Huge choice of drinks for all inclusive Both pools are kept clean and tidy only thing that is a big issue with the hotel is the distance from an airport , it’s not close to airport, we hired a car which was a great way to get around but all the close towns still didn’t have much going on - obviously this has nothing to do with the actual hotel but it’s just worth a note for trying to get to the hotel itself Small improvement: We would have loved to use the gym but because of the lack of equipment we decided it wasn’t worth it The entertainment wasn’t really for us but that’s personal preference, they had lovely show / entertainment on each night , all the staff are lovely and you can even sit inside by the bar on some at else if you just wished to be ‘out’ for the evening without watching the show Again huge compliments to the staff

Bewertung schreiben Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Lepe an einer Nebenstraße, die zum Strand von Antilla führt. Es ist schon älter und so gebaut, dass es im Sommer nicht so heiß ist. Im Winter ist es allerdings auch recht kühl, so dass die Klimaanlage kräftig lief. Mein Zimmer war recht dunkel, was an der Vergitterung der Fenster und den Jalousien lag. Das Bad war groß mit Wanne. Es gab für 15 Euro ein Abendmenü, das mir nicht zusagte. Beim Frühstück gab es frisches Brot und frisch gepressten Orangensaft, aber keine Warmspeisen. Dazu Bohnenkaffee aus dem Vollautomaten. Parkplätze gibt es reichlich.

We went after seeing a Black Friday offer of 117 euros in a deluxe room including breakfast and dinner. We already us ether Spa as we live locally and chose a night in the hotel as a break from cooking and to use the Spa. I loved the sauna and ice pool and my wife the infrared pod etc. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a nice Tera e to sit out on and enjoy the winter sunshine. The food was the problem though. We where told dinner was included however when we got there we where not in the dining room which is just to the side of the reception which we looked at while making the reservation and looking forward to sitting in there and being served a meal. Instead it was a self service buffet. The tiniest little dried por chops and some half chicken wings with rice or some cod (basque style) which my wife tried. It was very acidic and tasted like fried tomatoes (tomate frito) straight out of tin. There was some pre cooked spaghetti delightfully drying away under the heat lamps and again that red tomato sauce, some frozen chips and cheap croquettes brought miserably to life with fried only to sit there going dry. At no point in making the booking did any mention this type of food. We eat in the local village a menu of the day including wine or beer for 11 euros which is infinitely bette than the shockingly poor food they served. Breakfast was actually ok with fruit and the usual fried eggs and bacon, bread and baby croissants. Needless to say we went to pavarotties a local Italian restaurant for dinner as did another party of four who took one look at the buffet and didn’t even try it. Staff whee great in the hotel and friendly enough but the food !! Nos hemos sentado un poco engañado !!
