J’ai apprécié l’accueil, le lieu de restauration ainsi que la chambre. Je m’y suis rendu dans le cadre du travail, les oreillers étaient confortables et moelleux. Chambres spacieuses, de bonne tailles. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec du choix. Je recommande.

Ideal room for one night only. Very small space, especially the shower. Very noisy between passing planes, cars in the parking lot and the rooms next door Basic breakfast No direct transport to go to the airport, you have to take 2 buses, 45 min. On the other hand, cleanliness is very present.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

Close to tramway 3mn walk. They had a parking. The room are good. There breakfast is a joke. Their staff was friendly and professional.

The Hotel is well placed in a quiet street very close to Place Graslin. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is good with a plentiful supply of quality food including some local produce. Our biggest complaint was that having paid for a premium room there were some issues which made it less than comfortable. Room 226 has a separate toilet to the bathroom with no wash basin so that you have to walk across the room to wash your hands. It also meant that the toilet was a small cupboard. The room was a good size but only had one chair and the biggest inconvenience was that there were no bedside cabinets or even a shelve. In fact storage space was very limited the wardrobe was an open hanging rail. I raised this with reception to be told that was what was provided. It was not until a couple of days later when all the rooms were being cleaned (and doors were left open) that we noted every room had bedside cupboards or shelves and that most had a wardrobe with a door. I am sure that this could be put right in a premium room but it did become an annoyance especially as we both wera glasses and it is very useful to be able to put them close at hand when you go to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was better than expected in all aspects. It was in a perfect locations for our visit to Les Machines. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The lobby area was clean and modern, all the staff we interacted with were both helpful and friendly. The big surprise was the restaurant. When we arrived at lunchtime we were hungry and could not be bothered to go outside the hotel so resigned ourselves to an average or worse hotel lunch. It was well above average, so when the evening arrived it was an easy decision to stay in the hotel for dinner. Both meals were excellent and very good value for money. I would stay and eat in the hotel again if in Nantes.
