The environment around the hotel is not very good. There are shabby wastelands around and garbage can be seen everywhere on the road. There is a dirt road at the door and it is quite dusty. The tourist experience is not good! The hotel is relatively new and the service is good, except that the waiter's English is not very good and it is not easy to communicate. The small refrigerator in the room was not cooling and was making a lot of noise, so I had to simply unplug it. I didn't dare to go down into the swimming pool. The water looked a little green and didn't feel very clean. It is recommended that the swimming pool be cleaned and disinfected regularly, otherwise swimming tourists may easily suffer from gastrointestinal diseases.

We stayed for 5 nights at the villa. It was clean, peaceful and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. If you plan on staying here make sure to book a horse and cart at the pier to take your luggage to the villa. The breakfast was decent

Excellent location 1km from the main port! The place is in front of a surf point with rental boards! Proposal super in line with the cost benefit! Service from the staff is impeccable! All very kind and courteous! The super nice room in front of the pool! We are Brazilian and the menu has cheese bread, cheese pastry and other Brazilian delicacies! The coolest thing was that we checked out and forgot a gold bracelet and a necklace in the hotel safe and the employee very kindly went to the main port to look for us to deliver to us before our boat left! I thought this was a beautiful dignity and honesty! I highly recommend

When discovering the Gili Islands you should experience the island life to the fullest. This can be done perfectly by staying in a beach cabin. We did so at Santorini Beach Resort and it defenitely was a fun experience! Each cabin has their own little terrace, a room with a bed, tv, desk & fridge and a bathroom with a shower. The hotel has a nice, refreshing pool and access to the beach. Bike rental is complimentary which is amazing! We can highly recommend using this service as it’s the way to explore the island and discover all it has to offer. Breakfast is freshly made in the morning depending on what you desire which is such a nice service. Thank you for the wonderful time at the island Santorini Beach Resort !

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! We will definitely be back ! Thanks so much Hadi and co. 🌺

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Honestly the best hotel! It is located on the quieter side of the island. The staff here are amazing! They will help with whatever you need! They’re all so kind and friendly and honestly make your experience here even better! Nothing is ever too much for them! The food here is some of the best on the island! We had breakfast every morning (which was included) and lunch most days! All really fresh and cooked to order. The breakfast means you can choose off the menu and not just a buffet like most places. The rooms and facilities here are also so good! We borrowed the snorkels (which are free) and went snorkelling off the hotel beach and it was some of the best we did on the island. The rooms are perfect size and always so clean, you even get 2 bottles of water left every morning! There’s a fridge in the room too so can keep everything cool! The hotel organised a snorkelling trip for us (£61 together for a private trip) with Jay where we got to see multiple turtles! I recommend going early because the areas do get busy. The hotel also organised a massage and this was a very relaxing and good massage - perfect way to end our final day! Also you can hire your bikes from the hotel and this is the best way of exploring and getting around the island! Honestly if you’re looking at a hotel in Gili T this is the one!!!

Nice and clean, and very friendly staff. Good size pool, right next to the bar and kitchen. Helpfull with tips and trix for what to do around the place. Scuba wquipement looked nice aswell, but I didnt have time to test it this time sadly. (Big group with too many plans ;) ) The only slight drawback was the WiFi. The speed was fine, but the connection (atleast to my room) was a bit poor. That being said, they were working on improving it! :)

We stayed here five nights on our trip to Bali. All was good here. From the reception to the departure. The accommodation left nothing to desire but the best here is the service. The staff did everything to make us sense. There was nothing to ask them too much and everything with and smile. We enjoyed a great deal. Special thanks goes out to Robbie Hartono and Ibo . They are real tops!
