Dear Bianca and Staff, I returned to Young's island knowing well your resort I have stayed many times over many years whilst visiting SVG on business locally This time I again brought my wife yet this time for some post pandemic relief via your very special milieu of R&R Your resort is best described as quiet and old world elegance This may not be for everyone, but for those seeking consistently good cuisine, easy access to the pool, the bars or even an easy quick visit to town, Young's island is the 'picture perfect' venue I noticed a rant on your reviews about firewood/campfires and allied comments What are they talking about? They came from SE Asia seeking a campfire??? Come to Canada where today in February in Toronto it is -26c and as such I would understand this rather strange request a bit more! Re music from 'across the water' yes indeed some establishments in St Vincent play local music in the evenings as it is the very nature of Caribbean culture to do so It is found on every Caribbean nation, an enjoyment of life that includes music, food and dance Embrace it When you get home is will be a part of the nostalgia ! Young's Island is a warm and welcoming resort that has been in existence for many years. I notice many like I return to this sincere and honest atmosphere Our holiday was not long enough ! We will return as Young's island reflects the very best in Vincy hospitality Ron & Pat Toronto

First we were allotted a ground floor room 105 which was a dungeon. The bathroom was stinking and the bathtub was a joke. However upon complaining the staff and GM immediately moved us to another room 310 which was nice and no complaints. However at night the AC stopped working and it was fixed but started dripping water which was too much and again that was fixed but late at night it stopped working again. Having said this the location and staff are very nice. GM is trying to renovate the property. Please keep in mind this is a sort of heritage property so renovations will have its limits. My two pence, visit for the location and the warmth of the staff. They indeed are trying their best to give you a good experience and cater to your needs. Thank you TJ and your team. Oh yes they were courteous to waive of one food bill since Chinese wasn't up to the mark.

Best experience i have ever had before.......... awesome....good neat rooms, toilets cleaned neatly...food in the restaurant Orchids was sumptuous...hospitality of the room service, front office was Top quality....a good hotel to stay.....keep up the good work....

We were a group of 5 members, good place to hang out with Friday, especially Property ***ager Ms sowjanya's response was too good in any time ... Really appreciated the way she received .. and all staff were good.... Rooms are very clean.... finally worth for money... U can try u people will get good discounts.. Cheers HM resorts... Property is good, non-veg restaurant is good too. The only problem i faced in this place is hot water in the early hours, the property manager switched/turned on the hot water thing. Still no great luck.

Hotel is on the the expressway mysore to bangalore, almost 40km from mysore. Rooms are spacious with good amenities. View from restaurant is good and quality of food is good. Staff is good but they don’t understand english and hindi.
