We have been to Talbot & Bons boutique hotel in December 2020 but since I had to restart my TripAdvisor account I am rewriting all reviews. We visited during covid and we can assure you that all the necessary measures were taken into account. The breakfast had a great choice unlike other hotels who reduced choice blaming covid. The lady serving us breakfast helped us select the items and place them for us in a plate so no one will pick and choose him/herself, very safe. The yard is peaceful to enjoy your daily breakfast. Pity it wasn't summer cause they have a lovely pool too close to the Breakfast area! Rooms are all beautifully decorated, spacious with plenty of amenities too. The boutique hotel is located in a little village very close to the airport but we were impressed that we heard no planes at all. Parking exactly in front of hotel is not possible but just 2min walk away is the village square with plenty of parking spaces, really comfortable. Will definitely revisit when in Malta :)

First, let me say that the room is close to the airport and clean, which is why we booked it. But the “king” bed is not even a queen—it’s a full, and it was self-check in, when I filtered for hotels. I wanted a front desk. Instead I got a text with instructions for how to access the keys. The owner is nice enough, and again, the place was fine. But it was way too expensive for self-check in to sleep in a tiny bed in a tiny room. Trip.com needs to hold these places accountable for their false advertising. If I had paid half as much and knew what I was getting, I would not be writing this review. It’s the dishonesty and the super inflated rate based on that dishonesty that has me seeing red.

A pure wonder, on all levels! an historic building renovated with gout and impeccable finishes, all the staff is adorable, beautiful room, swimming pool on the roof of dream and especially for me the restaurant with a super team in kitchen under an extraordinary chef and like in the room a wonderful service worthy of a star Michelin We have to delay our stay for reasons independent of our will but we hope to return soon to this pure paradise on earth

We can highly recommend this small family run boutique hotel. We received a really lovely warm welcome from the owners and their son Kurt. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a lovely surprise when we had some Prosecco and a card left on the bed, we were celebrating our Golden Wedding. The restaurant serves high quality food well cooked and presented beautifully. Breakfast is a real feast cooked to order from a nice varied list on the menu. There is parking near the hotel and no charge. The location is ideal in a peaceful sea view setting away from the hubbub of the major resorts. Only 10 mins from the airport, no noise from the planes. If we return to Malta this hotel will be our home. Thank you to you all for a memorable time.

Recently we had a holiday in Malta and had the pleasure of staying at B&B De Rohan in the village of Zebbug. The place was very well presented and more than exceeded our expectations. Our room with the ensuite bathroom was spacious and immaculately presented as well as everywhere else on the property. The place is furnished to perfection. The swimming pool area is very well maintained and extremely pleasant to lounge around in the evening with a glass of vino. The owner Lynn makes you feel very much at home. It is like a home away from home. She is a rare gem to find in the hospitality industry and is very knowledgeable about the sites to visit on the island. Her tips were very helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will certainly stay here again next time we visit Malta.
