We spent two marvellous weeks in this extraordinary resort where we were spoiled not only by the beauty and silence of the island over and under water and the resort, but also - and especially - by the professionality, friendlyness and courtesy of the entire staff which made us feel like part of a big family and not only ”guests”. Our friendly butler Ammadey was always available and the central point of contact for all our wishes and special ideas, and the Executive Sous-Chef (for us: Master of the kitchen) L.J. and his staff created every dish we could think of and which suited our special gluten-free and partly vegan needs - this was just great. We had a lot of fun in the restaurants talking to L.J., the Sommeliers, F&B Managers and all the kind and humorous (Alfi, no ;-)) service personnel. A special thanks also to the very kind and professional dive instructors Dhonbe and Raasy who tought me that I do not have to be scared but can indeed fly under water! This overall ambient and experience elevates Milaidhoo to one of the best and finest resorts I have ever been and which excellence is possibly hard to beat. Need to come again!
