Although the hotel time is a bit old, the hotel service is very good, the room is good, the hotel pool is very high in the afternoon and evening, there is a theme park on the side of the hotel, there is a small restaurant at the intersection, cheap and delicious, from the beach or A little distance, it is the beach after crossing the crossroads. The Hammamet people are also very friendly. Next time you come to Tunisia, you will come to Hammamet. This is a good place for a holiday.

This hotel is gorgeous and the suites are beautiful. It was so easy to relax and unwind in the quiet and elegant surroundings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was lavish and dinner options were great. Spa treatments are not to be missed, the spa staff is very professional, and the prices are reasonable. The outdoor pool, the salt water indoor/outdoor pool and the beach were very pleasurable. I spent 7 days by myself and I wasn't bored for an instant during my stay. There is no animation in this hotel, it is a paradise to relax and rejuvenate.

Accueil au top, personnel très serviable, toujours aux petits soins. L appartement de 80m2 avec une terrasse et un balco est bien équipé (cuisine très bien) avec une literie confortable. Toutes les chaînes télé françaises sur et un bon Wi-Fi partout (je travaille en stream pour mes réunions). Sinon grand hôtel avec des palmiers et bananiers partout et de belle pelouse vertes et bien entretenues avec une très belle et grande piscine (très calme) ainsi qu un parc aquatique très sympathique. Le meilleur hôtel de yasmine hammamet selon moi (j ai fais 2 hôtels 5* les 2 semaines précédentes). Plage à 5 min à pieds et 2 bon restaurant snake (Yoyo et Oggi) et un grand supermarché pas cher à 1min à pieds. Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs...

We stayed at this hotel for a week at the end of August with family and friends. Check it was quick and easy, we got the room before the check in time. Rooms are very spacious with old furniture but bathrooms really need improvement. Cleannesses is very poor in this hotel, even though the staff is way overworked and trying hard. Food was good and plenty to choose from. Tables, glasses cutlery all dirty, not because of the staff but because they are not provided with enough cleaning products. All waiters are cleaning the tables and chairs with a dirty cloth that doesn’t seem to be ever washed. The animation team is the best I’ve ever seen, I really don’t know how they manage every day to be so entertaining and enthusiastic. Bar stuff is constantly on the move trying to keep up with the demanding crowd. The hotel manager is very strict and trying to keep the appearance of a 5 star hotel but he really should invest in more staff and cleaning products. All public facilities in and outside the hotel are very very dirty and no windows, most doors are not closing and sometimes in the morning there’s no light inside the toilets, so expect people barging into you as you’re holding on your pants :)). The only rude person we met was one of the “photographers” who is very disrespectful and invasive, making rude jokes and being all and about everyone’s business, (we called him the “I don’t care photographer” as if you refuse to pose for him he’s repeating this expression all the time. Not saying that he takes pictures without asking for permission and even when you constantly asking him to stop doing it) Overall was an interesting experience. The hotel has potential.
