The location is close to the avenue. The food and beverages are not good, but there is a cinema to watch a movie. The surrounding environment is very good, the hotel staff is very friendly, and more breakfast varieties would be perfect.

I was so sad when I seen my room; there where so many problems that honestly had I not paid so much money I would have just left! Mold, broken furniture, broken outlets, very little lighting, ant in the sink. The tub would not drain and the bathroom would get condensation on the door jam even if we were gone all day if you shut the bathroom door, internet was horrible, dial up is faster and they are literally off the interstate you here the fire trucks and police and semis all night! You don’t find staff members unless it is one older gentleman he was great the rest were MIA I did see a few smoking outside from my window from time to time but if I needed them nope, they like their towels, you have to turn your original 4 in to get more which is fine but you get 1 back and sorry but 1 towel for 2 people doesn’t work for me! When asked it is oh this is our policy! And they don’t clean the rooms while you are there at all because of COVID so you set your garbage outside the door they give you a bag but you don’t get sheets, or wash cloths or anything and if you want toilet paper you have to go down to the lobby and request it! It was a long exhausting week!

Stayed there for a soccer tournament in the area. Everything was great. Nice bar & lounge for watching sports. Guest laundry washing & drying machines was a plus! Will stay there for future games in that area!

The room was large and I had a quiet room. Parking is free. The breakfast is complete and it happens to have blueberries. There are also crocodiles in the pond outside the hotel. Ctrip booking is very convenient.

According to the evaluation of the hotel, but the fact is lower than the guest's evaluation. Maybe because the hurricane is very humid, the floor of the room is always wet and sticky, and the breakfast is very general. Cleaning the famous hotel, but really a bit over-reputed. But as a temporary haven, thank you!

GGuest UserThis is the best little beach front property ever, with amazing views of the ocean, right from your first floor room (if you so desire). The beach is deserted. The rooms are super-clean, and very large. Ours had a kitchenette, sleeping room, and a living room. The decorations where super-cute. (I don't normally go for super-cute but this was adorable.) The staff at this property are friendly, outgoing and want to make sure you enjoy everything about the area. The hotel is located in a residential area so it is really quiet. Not a lot going on (in a 1/2 mile radius) so if noise is your thing this is not your place. Many restaurants within a 5 minute drive though. What makes this place unique is that it immediately makes you feel like you are home. Most properties don't do that. Everyone we met (whether staff or fellow guests) were just the nicest people. The only downside to the property is that the pool does not have an ocean view. Great pool though. Included in your room are all your kitchen and dining supplies (everything you could possibly need), beach towels and beach chairs. You need nothing other than your bathing suit to come to this wonderful property.

GGuest UserThe room smelled a bit musty, the temp could not be changed from 72 (which meant it was too hot to sleep well), and the shower curtain was too small! That being said, Ginny at the front desk was phenomenally helpful and friendly. She is professional and pleasant. We are here pre-Disney cruise, and because of her, we will stay at this Residence Inn next time we cruise.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

The hotel has a bus to the cruise terminal ($7 per person), which is very convenient for cocoa cruises than the cruise terminal. The hotel is located in the area of Cocoa Beach, after staying at Cocoa Beach, it is beautiful. There is a big supermarket behind the diagonally opposite the gas station, which is very convenient for shopping. There are several restaurants nearby and Cocoa Beach attractions for lunch and dinner.

MMEIThe location is very convenient, driving from the Kennedy Space Center for ten minutes, going north to Merritt Island wildlife refuge for about twenty minutes; going south to Cocoa beach is also less than half an hour. The surrounding facilities are complete, there are McDonald's at the door, Subway, Starbucks across the road, and the steakhouse at the door is very good place, there are many people, a steak package of more than 20 yuan; two gas stations, the gas station at the door There is a supermarket and there are many to eat. The hotel breakfast is good, the price of the hotel at this price is very good, yogurt fruit, milk cereal, several kinds of bread, homemade waffles, scrambled egg sausage, pork mashed potatoes and so on. The room is old, the carpet feels dirty, and everything else is fine.

GGuest UserWell we came in the lobby and water was coming from everywhere above the ceiling had mold everywhere. The maintenance man said if the health department was to come in here they would shut us down.. wow. I asked him why don't they fix it and he said there was 7 layers of roof on here and it can't be fixed. Got to the room and it was the wrong kind . Not the one I reserved. They got me in the right one and they was mold on the bathroom ceiling and everytime someone took a shower water would leak out of the floor. I wouldn't have stayed but I used my points to get this room. Also the hot tub wasn't hot and was dirty as he'll. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

GGuest UserThis would be one star if it wasn’t for the convenient location to I95. We needed a quick one night stopover driving from Key West to Hilton Head and Melbourne looked about half way. Most everything else was booked - maybe my one star review indicates why they had rooms available. They said check in was at 3:00, but after three attempts at the front desk with a less that pleasant employee, we still didn’t have our room at 4:00. Finally at 4:45, we got the key but they said the room still wasn’t ready. We decided to check and the room was cleaned, and except for one black sock left behind by the previous folks, the room was acceptable. Not quite what was pictured but thankfully, it is only for one night!
