The hotel is not a business hotel, it’s sort of lodging boarding. Location is within city but far from airport. My experience was bad as i wanted near to the airport. The rooms which are so called deluxe are very basic. Food served is average not too good quality not too bad. The only good part of the hotel is people they are good at their work and service. The price quoted on make my trip is not worth the stay. May be you walk down and you get the cheapest deal as i said it’s sort of lodging boarding.

morning breakfast is good
the room is spacious the toilet is clean but the western toilet height is not comfortable.

The stay was comfortable and the overall experience was good. And accessible location. The reception staff and housekeeping staff were quite helpful. Overall cleanliness was good and well maintained.

What a great hotel! mr. Vishal is truly remarkable; he saved me a lot of money by offering the best guidance for exploring ooty and nearby areas, including food and all necessary assistance. He's incredibly helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the cozy sitting area

We requested for an early check in. The receptionist had no idea about the early check in price and told us he would discuss with the manager later and let us checked in. But later on, the manager told us we need to pay 30% of the booking amount for early check in which we had no idea of. This was too much. The other hotels were charging 100 rs per hour for the early check in. After we requested, we agreed on on an amount. No issue with the room and cleanliness. Everything was good.
