We had an excellent time at your place and memorable sweet time by the very good customer care and hospitality by all the hotel staff. All the employees from top to bottom had given a smiling and pleasing service which reflects a professional approach to maintain a hotel like Annapoorna. It definitely needs a mention for the mouth watering and delicious food at Kove, Annapoorna restaurant and room service served with utmost care and concern. Thanks for the nicely organised New year Eve celebration at Kove and the New year cake delivered at the room reflecting a good sentiment. All the above are possible only when the General Manager of the hotel at the helm of affairs is involved which inspires all the workforce. Congratulations and keep it up! "Around 9 people me including my friends booked the bungalow , it was a spectacular place to stay ,with superb hospitality and service from the people . We booked the entire bungalow the place was enormous with spectacular interiors . Mobile signal want that strong but they provided free wifi. The entire house is souroinded bu greenery and large trees filled with lots of birds ,flowers and monkey. Best part was the food they have an awesome cook and service,I had for brekfast and dinner . Enjoyed the stay loved it will definitely visit again . Its the best place to stay id ur in valparai."
