このホテルに初めて宿泊しました。部屋のつくりはIbisホテルに共通したものでした。洗浄済みなのでしょうが、ベッドシーツにシミが複数付着していました。使い捨てスリッパがないのが不満です。おそらくIbisのグレードでは使い捨てスリッパを用意しないポリシーなのでしょうね。3 Starsレベルで考えるとこれが標準レベルなのかもしれません。

Overall stale smell in room.....had to change complete bed linen incl duvets Seems the room has never been aired out Mosquitos....2 hrs to get machine Broken shower handle Fungus on ceiling Mask on fire sprinkler Smelly toilet Overall lighting level in room very low Stained pillows Service in restaurant terrible Called for the Chef when restaurant was empty for a special request.....he sent a word back that he was busy Club sw served in room without a plate cover.....used silver foil instead

Wonderful service at the restaurant specially breakfast with 3 types of Pongal fantastic service by Mr Vinod and Kishor Logesh raj dosa was very nice and thin they have mysure masala dosa as well that was amazing housekeeping Mr Abi***you and Hari , Pandi who was very helpful in keeping the rooms meet and clean Rohan and Rahul were very welcoming at the Front desk

I stayed for 4 nights and the stay was awesome experience my family members were having a very good time too the staff were very friendly live counter in breakfast and dinner for egg and pasta in the buffet food was very tasty restaurant staff always welcoming wiya smile special mention Vanna and vinod,logesh and kishor pream chef food was very tasty and housekeeping valla , Vani ,Anuja,Rohan was very helpful

Delicious food and good ambience at the restaurant. Service is also well good . Nice location for shopping near the LuLu hypermarket and city main place hotel is located. Rooms are also good and neat. Recommended to all All the staff were friendly All good . Nothing disappointed

It's a family get together a long time back. I came here for a dinner buffet It was a multi-cuisine buffet All foods were delicious and mouth watering especially the Tandoori chicken wings. About to mention the restaurant service as well all the staff are knowledgeable and doing with professionalism I saw here. It's a good experience in lbis. 10:37
