Great location. Walking distance to cathedral, central station and old town. Beautiful design. Big comfortable rooms. Clean and spacious. Good service, friendly staff.

The Hotel shows five stars! The room had no wifi whatsoever, although they showed three different wifi lans. Attempts to bridge this gap with mobile hotspots were not helpful. Noises from other rooms were audible, which means a bad noise insulation. Worst of all was that there was first only boiling hot water in the bathroom. This was due to the fact that all cold water supplies were closed. Still after opening them ourselves, one of the two lavatories cold water regulator was not functional. Shocking was that the shower was switching from regulated 38 degrees Celsius to suddenly boiling hot water and then to ice cold water. This made showering an unpleasant not to say dangerous encounter! You judge if this Hotel deserves the five star rating. Our attempt to communicate the shortcomings was prompted with the statement that the maintenance technicians had left! (???)

l'emplacement est bien sûr exceptionnel, notamment quand on arrive en train.
j'y allais pour un salon, dépôt de mon bagage le matin de mon arrivée en train, avec le sourire, puis en route pour le salon via la gare à quelques mètres.
le personnel est très agréable et souriant, le côté friendly que l'on apprécie.
la chambre est absolument nickel, très bonne literie, grande salle de bain, baignoire balnéo et douche superbe.
bref que de beau, du bon et du service

Service, staff, facilities are excellent and the hotel is extremely clean.
The only thing that I would like to suggest is a complementary breakfast for suites.

This hotel is across the street from the cathedral and the location is in the heart of the city. You can literally walk from the train station to the hotel in 5 mins or less and this was super convenient as we had luggage with us. The staff was very tentative, helpful and professional. My wife loved the tea time and I highly recommend the 7 course dining experience the food was amazing and we left so full we could barley walk. Overall, I will be staying here again on my next trip.

Very good stay at this comfortable hotel. Expected to be shown to our room, but not a problem, although the sign posting for 110 is poor. Bed slightly too firm for our liking, but room otherwise comfortable. Liked the free minibar. Breakfast on the expensive side, but choice of freshly prepared food was excellent. Only real issue was that bar staff were overwhelmed on Saturday night and we gave up waiting for a drink/snack.

The checkin was very easy. The staff was very helpful and ensured we were comfortable throughout the stay. The valet parking was at both dropoff and pickup. The bar staff were very accommodating and friendly. At checkin, we asked about the christmas markets and were given a map with the locations. This made it easier to navigate around the area. Everyone in the party enjoyed the relaxed environment.
