Sehr netter Service, sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Leider kein Handtuchwechsel für die zweite Übernachtung und Nachts (kam spät von Veranstaltung) kein Personal im Hotel.
Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Stadt mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und Geschäften.

Purtroppo non funzionava l'aria condizionata per cui ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta ma in strada vi erano rumori fino a tarda notte e da mattina presto.

Hotel położony pomiędzy Rudolphplatz i Friesenplatz otoczony mnóstwem fajnych knajpek oferujących jedzenie i picie w rozsądnych cenach. Blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Pokoje spore, czyste, klimatyzowane czyli ok. Łazienka bardzo duża z podstawowymi kosmetykami. Ręczniki zmieniane raz na dwa dni. Śniadania ubogie, ale dają się zjeść.

This is not a 5 star hotel as one usually pictures it. It is, however, a very reasonably priced, extremely clean and super comfortable hotel to stay when in Cologne. It was easily accessible to the underground. The bed was so comfortable! The staff were both pleasant and helpful. The decor is a kitchy kind of fun. There are plenty of restaurants, etc within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Perfect location - full of nice places to eat in the Belgian quarter just across the road or along the streets full of shops towards the city centre. Simple rooms but super clean, with a comfy lounge to read next to the breakfast room. Staff were very nice but could perhaps be more helpful with local recommendations or general advice. It is a good option overall, albeit on the pricey side for what you get.
