The room is big enough, the location is perfect. A lot of bars cafes and restaurants around, the metro is nearby. It’s clean and confortable. The only thing, there is no reception so a super stinky homeless person made it to our floor!

The worst experience with hotels in 15 years. Hotline tells you different things at the end you getting scammed and did not even find the property. They completely advice you wrong beginning from the parking and ending up with the whole property. You can search 45 min they don’t give a f*. They guide you through everything with no result the only goal is that you cancel in the booking app and you won’t get your money back. At the end it was a lesson.

I arrived a very long trip via plane and trains from the US to discover Cologne was in the midst of a heat wave and the hotel had no a/c. Bad start. The room has e a fan, which means they know it can get hot. Laptop connects to the wifi, but not internet service. A weeklong business trip and no internet. I expected it to be like a Sonder. It is not, It is very down market from a Sonder. Tiny shower that cannot hold a temperature. Classic Nespresso machine with no pods (thanks for what?). Interior is clean but dreary and spartan. Hallways in the building are drab and bland. Zero charm or interest. But it is the lack of a/c and wifi that is the clincher. IF I can find another hotel to transfer to (unlikely during a convention) I will move for sure. Super disappointing. Only poositve is that it is a half block from the Friesenplatz station.

The stay part was ok. Getting into the property was a major hassle. It has no lobby, so no one to answer questions or help. Also, it was not close to the city center or the train station.

Location is excellent and amenities

lovely room, quiet and great location right next to a tub station.

Sehr sehr laute Umgebung Wochenende kaum auszuhalten man bekommt kein Auge zu. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Gegend voll mit Clubs und Bars. Parkplätze auch kaum vorhanden in der Nähe gibt es aber ein Parkhaus(sehr teuer)ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und man kann sich nicht beschweren nochmal würde ich tatsächlich das Hotel nicht buchen da mir es wirklich zu laut nachts war und mir die Umgebung nicht so gefallen hat.
