It’s very unfortunate, that this hotel turned out to be not so good. The location is awesome but the hotel is not. When we arrived the hotel was locked up and no one was around. I called the emergency number and was told to wait in the heat with our luggage, this was in the middle of the day. After a long wait, we we’re finally let in. We had a room on the top floor but their elevator didn’t work. We had to carry our heavy luggage up the tiny steep stairs, what joke! The room smelt old and unkept. It looked very out of date, ancient and not taken care of. The front desk people are very unkind. Next day we asked them for late check out so we could see the museum next door, the front desk person said that was fine. Surprisingly we got a call saying we were late on the checkout by the same front desk person. I’m not sure what’s going on at this hotel but it’s not worth the expensive rates they charge especially without a working elevator or any kindness.

Great location. We were there with the family and the room was plenty for the 4 of us. Beds were comfy and the location was easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff is friendly and accommodating!

Prima hotel. Grote zolderkamer met 2 grote bedden. Waren in Keulen met onze twee puberdochters. Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Vriendelijke eigenaresse. Gezellig goed ontbijt voor 10,00 pp. Hartje centrum. Wel Ff klimmen naar de zolder vanwege het 2-persoon liftje.
