Definitely a 3 ⭐️ rooms need updating and the restaurant is chaos! The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are tired and the pillow is like a sand bag. The pool area and spa are lovely and kept very clean. The restaurant is chaotic and often it was hard to find a table and then constantly waiting for plates and cutlery to come out. There was a lack of staff to clear tables. The food was average so we ate out a few nights. We wouldn’t recommend or return.

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. They were always willing to assist and answer my questions, which greatly contributed to my positive experience. Additionally, the pool was impeccably clean, allowing me to enjoy a refreshing swim without any concerns. While some rules were in place, I found them to be reasonable and necessary to ensure the safety of all guests. As for the food, I enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes throughout my stay, showcasing the quality and attention to detail of the dining service. Despite the hotel's popularity, I never felt overwhelmed by the number of people, as there was ample space for everyone. In summary, my experience at the hotel was exceptionally positive, and I look forward to the opportunity to return in the future!!

Worst hotel experience of my life! Never coming back here again. Everything jn Bull Eugenia Victoria is designed to save THEM money and make YOU feel like an inconvenience. Let me give you some examples. 1. At check-in you get a warning letter with house rules and the consequences you’ll face when not adhering to them. 2. You are not allowed to take your room towel anywhere else in the hotel. Not even the pool downstairs. 3. You are not allowed to use too much water. 4. You’ll only get new towels every 2 days. 5. You’ll only have your room cleaned every 2 days. 6. The ugly lime-green wristbands are mandatory to wear at all times. Keeping it in your pocket with your ID is not an option. 7. If you do remove your wristband, you will immediately be treated like a criminal by the reception. 8. To maximize seating, the outside breakfast/dining area is directly next to the smokers area. 9. The juice/water glasses available at breakfast/dinner are HILARIOUSLY small. Just a bit bigger than your average shot-glasses (see attached picture). You get 2 sips max! 10. Want to pour orange juice in the slightly bigger coffee cups to save yourself another trip? Not allowed! And the personnel will make you feel like a criminal. 11. Want to use the spa area? You can buy a towel for €1,00 every time with a deposit of €15,00. CASH ONLY! Again: you cannot use your room towel! 12. The rooms are old and outdated. Don’t be fooled by the modern look of the reception. 13. The walls are thin! You will hear everything in the rooms next to you. This is a cheap hotel, pretending to be a 3-star hotel. Everything is designed to save them money, yet they charge €100 per night, per person! I didn’t feel like a guest. I felt like a burden. Stay away if you want to have a nice, care-free vacation.

Fantastic hotel. For a 3 star hotel I'm absolutely amazed! Rooms are lovely and modern All inclusive restaurant food is above average and breakfast is fantastic 3 bars with a great choice of drinks included in the all inclusive package. Spa area is absolutely amazing with 2 different pools, a pool replicating the dead sea 2 saunas and much more 2 areas for entertainment one for kids one for adults. I'm not quite sure why this hotel isn't a 4* Ignore the negative reviews, I've been to worse 4* hotels before.

We stayed at this hotel a few years previously so we were hoping it was as good as it was. We were not disappointed, this hotel is a perfect stay for couples and families. Food has a wide choice, staff friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean. Pools are lovely and the added addition of a spa makes it more perfect. WiFi is strong , we had no issues. The entertainment is split between children and adults. If you love a ballroom dance you will be happy. Singers every night to dance to and another area has all the entertainment for children/families. If I had to be picky and it would be small, the television satellite could be better and the singers could be a little more varied with the music. We will definitely be back.

This was our second visit to the hotel we visited last year during October. We stayed for a week. Same as last year the staff were very polite and friendly and very welcoming of my 6 year old son who would go up to the bars and order his own soft drinks and ice creams. The variety of food during the evening was good but the food during the day at the palmera bar was table service and made fresh to order this is very rare for a 3 star all inclusive. Great choice of drinks lots of cocktails. The hotel was spotless as it was last year with endless of staff always cleaning. The life guards don’t allow people to hog the sun loungers, if towels have been put down and no one has been on them for an hour they will remove the towels to ensure beds are used wisely. The rooms are spacious with great air conditioning, pillows are a little flat but i always ask for more and they ensure more are brought up to the room. Kid’s entertainment and kids club is very welcoming my son would come and go at ease. Another great week break cannot fault it for the price. The temperature was 32-36 all week. Will be returning again

Leaving today after a 7 day family hol to the Bull Eugenia with Jet 2, and the hotel is really good. Great restaurant and food, the lunch table service on the terrace bar was fab. Pools are great and the spa is a real bonus. Lots of space around the hotel with inside and outside bar areas. Felt the decor, especially on the upper floors, was dated but the rooms are very clean and spacious, plenty of plug points too. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. First time to Playa del Ingles and undecided if we liked the area or not, big and built up with a lot of the restaurants below ground level at the bottom of multi storey buildings, doesn't mean they are not decent restaurants themselves though. I'd recommend the hotel but not so sure on the area.

Just arrived back from another Easter break at this hotel. Yet again another fabulous and relaxing time. They really take pride in cleansing all areas thoroughly, cleaned through our the day/night. Reception is 24 hours and staff are always polite and helpful The bar staff are really quick at serving drinks in order to keep the ques down again working so hard. Some people just need to learn how to que and not walk straight to the front (am not talking about the English). The rooms are very spacious and kept spotlessly clean well done house keeping staff. The spa is a must,free to use for all inclusive guest. So relaxing. The restaurant is well managed with plenty of seating inside and out. The only thing I can fault from last year is that the food in my opinion was not as good beef stew was the main English dish which was nice and tasty but a bit repetitive. Overall a another great stay and will return

We spent 10 days here. The food and hotel rooms are good. But the staff are just exceptional especially the entertainment staff. It was like they were always there. They were great with the kids, Always smiling and putting 100% effort in. I hope the hotel management realise what a great team they have. It truly made our holiday for our kids. We will be back.
