"I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better."

"This hotel was amazing, clean, so many things to do, access to all pool, they even have a wellness centre. View is amazing. The only thing is, their double bed, contains of two single beds, which becomes quite uncomfortable as they move around, pillows fall between gaps, they are not stable."

"this was my12th year at the altamar and this hotel is above the 3 stars it has been given.the whole holiday experience is great from day 1 until the time you leave.the apartments are very adequate and roomy .they now have air con which is very welcome. your balcony is well appointed and have a beautiful view over the ocean. the pool areas are well furnished with sunloungers .the restaurant is great, nice food and a great variety. the waiters and waitresses and bar staff are very friendly and contrary to what some people say they do try and interact with the clients. the one criticism is they ued to play bingo at 4 in the afternoon with gazza the entertainment head man but it has now stopped, it sed to have a prize of around 200 euros.now the best you can hope for is a bottle of cheap plonk. bring back gazza and inject some life back into the afternoons..since servatur has taken over the atmosphere seems to have taken a backward step, its a great hotel so lets try and get it back to its former status."

"We booked with Jet2 Holidays, the price including car was amazing. The apartments are recent build so modern, clean and bright. All the staff were smiley and helpful, in particular we'd like to single out Adrian who went beyond the expected in every way, including writing on the map all his recommendations. (We followed his advice to Pico de las Nieves and ate at his suggested restaurant in Tejeda, he wasn't wrong). You will need to visit Spar in Mogan, or Mercadona in Maspalomas (I'm sure there are others but nothing you'd care to eat from the little Taurito shop, OK for booze and ice, so I think a car is a necessity). The pool terrific for proper swimming and enough sun loungers for all sun worshippers. If I was asked to suggest an improvement it would only be sunshades on at least one of the apartment terraces, and a comfy outdoor chair, but I'm being picky, we had a great time and loved it. I've given it maximum stars because we got much more than we paid for! We only dined there one night but the restaurant was buffet style, clean, bright, and the same smiling staff."

"Odwiedził Gran Canaria na początku czerwca. Po przyjeździe wyglądało czysto i spokojnie. Pani na recepcji była naprawdę miła, chatty i pomocna. Pozycje są oszałamiające, pełne roślin i kwiatów. Wszyscy pracownicy byli przyjazni i mile widziani. Taras był ogromny, z stołem i krzesłami pod ławką i 2 salonami słonecznymi. Jest również kolejny mały taras z pralni. Drzwi do tego nie działały, ani nie działały powietrze, ale po zgłoszeniu do recepcji, człowiek konserwujący przybył w ciągu 20 minut i został sortowany w jeszcze mniej czasu. Pracowniki sprzątają co drugi dzień i dają jej dokładne czyszczenie. Kilka kotów na ośrodku, co nie mam nic przeciwko, ale jeśli nie jesteś fanem, nie byliby niepokojące. Jedynym prawdziwym negatywem byłoby jedzenie jest trochę brak lusterka. Pizza jest delikatna, ale reszta była dość podstawowa. Jest tylko bar basen na stronie, jest restauracja na drugiej stronie drogi w ich siostrze. Dosyć kilka mini rynków w okolicy lokalnej jednak znaleźliśmy je trochę drogie. Istnieje Aldi w pobliżu (2.5km ale 1km z tego jest na wzgórzu)! Są 2 duże supermarkety Mercadona w pobliżu (możesz dostać autobus bezpośrednio na zewnątrz), które są bardzo warte odwiedziny i tańsze niż Aldi. W sumie jest to bardzo warte odwiedzić, zwłaszcza jeśli szukasz spokojnego i relaksu czasu. Jeśli lubisz trochę rozrywki i mnóstwo restauracji, to Playa Del Ingles jest krótkim taksówką. Dużo regularnych autobusów, które przejeżdżają również na wyspie, przystanek autobusowy jest 2 minuty spacerem od kurortu."
