I recently reserved this hotel as I was traveling to Vermont because my dad had passed away. The weather was bad and I had to stop halfway and researched a local Marriott which had decent reviews and was right off the interstate. I have never stayed in a more filthy hotel...the carpets were in dire need of vacuuming, the elevator floor clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. The rooms were extremely outdated and the bed looked like it had been slept in and the duvet pulled up. The seats in the dining area were ripped and the entire hotel just was extremely unkempt. If it hadn't already been after 11 PM with inclement weather, I would have packed my things and gone elsewhere, but unfortunately I had no choice but to stay. I would not want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. Do not stay here.

My husband and I recently stayed 1 night. The front desk afternoon manager, Cristina was so very helpful with our accommodations. She was very professional and helpful in calling us on the cell around 3pm to tell us our room was ready for check in and offered insights into some favorite local restaurants and activities that were happening in the town that evening and the next day. Our room was very clean and quiet on the 4th floor overlooking the train tracks but far enough away from the interstate traffic It had a most comfortable king size bed and luxurious pillows and sheets and very nice shower. The beautiful blackout curtains completely block out a ray of light. If you have to be somewhere, set your alarm or ask for a wakeup call. OMG-the sleeping was great! This inn does not offer complimentary breakfast but I understand the onsite restaurant was very good for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The hotel is minutes from any type of shopping you would like. Downtown Concord has a wonderful thriving business district, steps from the Capital Buildings. The side streets have array of independent businesses and squares with a very European feel. It seemed to us that this little gem of a city is a great place to spend a few days for business and pleasure.

We had our share of bad experiences the past year due to COVID causing problems while traveling, and I am happy to report this place was the BEST of our hotel experiences of the year! This place is very nice inside, clean, well furnished, all looks new in the interior spaces, our king room was excellent, clean, big bathroom, large bed, and we had a view of the back side which didn't bother us at all - saw the river scenes. The breakfast was prepared to go in a separate room near the beautiful small lobby with a fireplace, and it was very good and fresh. Wrap breakfast sandwiches one day with coffee, juice, etc, or muffins. Next day was a boxed up breakfast. We loved the location where you may walk out to local shops and area restaurants, and there is a nice restaurant attached to this hotel as well. Hotel check in staff was very professional, informative, easy check-in, and the parking garage is attached with easy access. If we go back to Concord, we will stay here again. Our room did feel a little cool but it seemed to be fine later, so we had to figure out the temp controls a bit. I personally felt like I finally had a great hotel stay after the year we have had of bad experiences elsewhere. Thank you to all at The Hotel Concord for your accomplishments. And Happy New Year!

We have been staying at this hotel when visiting NH for several years now with no issues. With the heightened awareness around travel and cleanliness in these times, the Residence Inn completely missed the mark! The first room we were given was incredibly dusty but what put me over the edge was when I saw something on the bedroom door that appeared to be a small chocolate or maybe a bloodstain. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a different room. The second room felt a bit cleaner than the first but still quite dusty. It was certainly less impressive than previous stays. The back door entrance did not open. The pool area look like it hadn’t been wiped down in some time, the pebble flooring in the pool area had several spots that was coming up, the basketball court was not secure, the fenced area was torn which is incredibly dangerous should a child be playing and chase the ball into the parking area or busy road! On a positive note, management and staff were as nice as ever. It’s very disappointing to see this hotel become neglected. We have stayed there many times and would have loved to continue to have this hotel be our NH go to.

I have never stayed in a more filthy hotel...the carpets were in dire need of vacuuming, the elevator floor clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. The rooms were extremely outdated and the bed looked like it had been slept in and the duvet pulled up. The seats in the dining area were ripped and the entire hotel just was extremely unkempt. If it hadn't already been after 11 PM with inclement weather, I would have packed my things and gone elsewhere, but unfortunately I had no choice but to stay. I would not want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. Do not stay here.

This inn does not offer complimentary breakfast but I understand the onsite restaurant was very good for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The hotel is minutes from any type of shopping you would like. Downtown Concord has a wonderful thriving business district, steps from the Capital Buildings. The side streets have array of independent businesses and squares with a very European feel. It seemed to us that this little gem of a city is a great place to spend a few days for business and pleasure.

We had our share of bad experiences the past year due to COVID causing problems while traveling, and I am happy to report this place was the BEST of our hotel experiences of the year! This place is very nice inside, clean, well furnished, all looks new in the interior spaces, our king room was excellent, clean, big bathroom, large bed, and we had a view of the back side which didn't bother us at all - saw the river scenes. The breakfast was prepared to go in a separate room near the beautiful small lobby with a fireplace, and it was very good and fresh. Wrap breakfast sandwiches one day with coffee, juice, etc, or muffins. Next day was a boxed up breakfast. We loved the location where you may walk out to local shops and area restaurants, and there is a nice restaurant attached to this hotel as well. Hotel check in staff was very professional, informative, easy check-in, and the parking garage is attached with easy access. If we go back to Concord, we will stay here again. Our room did feel a little cool but it seemed to be fine later, so we had to figure out the temp controls a bit. We have been staying at this hotel when visiting NH for several years now with no issues. With the heightened awareness around travel and cleanliness in these times, the Residence Inn completely missed the mark! The first room we were given was incredibly dusty but what put me over the edge was when I saw something on the bedroom door that appeared to be a small chocolate or maybe a bloodstain. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a different room. The second room felt a bit cleaner than the first but still quite dusty. It was certainly less impressive than previous stays. The back door entrance did not open. The pool area look like it hadn’t been wiped down in some time, the pebble flooring in the pool area had several spots that was coming up, the basketball court was not secure, the fenced area was torn which is incredibly dangerous should a child be playing and chase the ball into the parking area or busy road! On a positive note, management and staff were as nice as ever. It’s very disappointing to see this hotel become neglected. We have stayed there many times and would have loved to continue to have this hotel be our NH go to.
