"Booked 2 nights at Ramada Marcoola, location backs onto beach & a nice park which was very convenient. We booked a ocean view & view was great from balcony. However, the cleanliness of the room was not I would expected, the walls & curtains dirty, hair on bed & bathroom floor & mould in bathroom with musty smell which wafted into the bedroom. The air conditioner was very loud & no temperature control. Bed was not comfortable, no change of towels on 2nd day Rooms needs major renovation."

"We stayed in 2x 2bedroom apartments and both were well appointed with modern furnishing, stacks of space and everything you could really ask for. We were across the hall from each other so suited our 'group' weekend away. We were a few wine glasses short but the staff happily gave us more. Stacks of room in the main bedroom if you wanted to set up a cot or stay for a while. As usual, not a lot of crockery, glasses, etc if you were to stay with a family for a week or more. Expect to wash up every meal. Otherwise, couldn't fault it. Very clean, lovely pool, great location :)"

The wedding was seem less. To the girls serving you are amazing! So kind and genuine and fun! Loved when you joined us on the dance floor for stop right now by the spice girls! Our guests where so amazed by the incredible service and overall feeling of love at your exceptional venue. Nothing was too much trouble! We loved spending some time in your amazing cabins and the breakfast hamper was amazing! People travel from far and wide for our wedding and where mind blown by the spectacular nature of your property! Thank you so much! We wish you all the best for the year ahead and can only hope that one of our friends chooses your venue so we get to experience another wedding there!"

"We spent 2 nights here in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking Coolum Beach... Very happy with the room was very clean and spacious and comfortable... The kids had a great time in the pool... Our bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable and the fridge smelled like fish from last guests... Only minor complaints, overall we had a lovely time here and you couldn't ask for a better location... Highly recommend a stay here.."

"We stayed for 1x week in May/June 2024. 3 bed apartment. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was lovely and sunny in the mornings to sit on the balcony for breakfast. Our apartment was spacious. Big bedrooms and good sized living, dining, kitchen and full laundry. The bathrooms are very dated and need a refurbishment. The resort facilities are wonderful. Big heated pool. Spa needs to be hotter and would be best suited in a position where you can sit and still see the pool to watch children swimming, the view of pool is obstructed once sitting in spa.. Beautifully landscaped gardens , good parking, a very short walk to the beach. There is a bit of road and plane noise"
